Delayed delivery

I completely agree that this company is a total scam.

On 12th Feb I paid Rs 2, 084 to www.Hyderabadonlineflorists.com, order number HOF-12022012122199, to deliver some chocolates and gifts on 14th Feb. This was due to be delivered on 14th Morning but these people delivered it at nite. Also to add to this I paid for 24pcs of Ferrero Rocher and they only delivered a box of 16pcs.
This is a clear ripoff. I tried calling their customer service numbers from Sydney and it constantly is busy and I end up spending unnecessary $'s to wait on line and not speak with them. When I tried to send them a online complaint on the website they blocked my ip address and doesnot reply to the complaints.
I am sick and tired of following it up. Its not a question of money I spent and I dint get what I paid for. But this is absolutely poor service where they are running a total scam business from Kolkatta and looting innocent customers who are made to believe that the products they paid for will be delivered to their loved ones in time. However this doesnot happen.
I request to initiate an investigation against them so that they stop fooling the customers.
Also I urge people not to buy anything from them as your loved ones will never receive what you paid for intime.
