had to haunt for my money
I signed for their mystery shopper job and it was REALLY hard to get the money for that. I literally had to HAUNT them for it. Beware!

It is worst mystery shopping company
I am a mystery shopper with this company and it is the worst company not only in mystery shopping industry but in all the industries that I know of. Indian branch is so bad that I can say even a grocery store in the street would be much much better than this. The coordinators and managers are full of ego and even the managers cannot do any justice. The managers are highly biased in favour of female coordinators.
The coordinators will exclude your reports after the audits are done and no payment will be done. I have done mystery shopping for two and half years for this company in India but the coordinators exclude the report just by giving a flimsy reason and the managers would support the coordinators, especially when the coordinators are females.. You cannot approach anyone senior than manager because the senior management is closed to mystery shoppers.
So both the coordinators and managers do not do any justice to the mystery shoppers.

Very unprofessional & unresponsive
In the month of July 2019 I had done 4 audits. 3 audits were of Rs.900/- each and one of Rs.700/- They made payment of only 3 audits of 900 which amounted to 2700 & on their shopper log it shows paid for all 4 audits but they have not. I am following up with their accounts team but they do not respond at all. The project manager who had given me the work seems to have left the organization or not traceable. Mails are bouncing. I have followed up several times but they are not responding at all. It has created a very bad impression about the HS brands. If someone from HS brands is reading this please pay my hard earned money. It might be a small amount for you & I might be insignificant but the amount means a lot for me.My email id is [email protected] & mobile no is 9987505333.
