first class service

Visited main location (while on vacation) in Cape Coral. Bought a hairpiece at what seemed like a good price. It was cut and I was out of there in an hour. They told me if I liked it, I could buy a second one at a substantial savings. After a few weeks, I called asking to take advantage of the offer and they said yes. They shipped the second hairpiece and when it arrived, it was a little too dark.

I called Cape Coral and thought we'd have to get into a "urinating contest." The very kind lady said send it back, with a good photo(s) of the first one some they could be sure to replicate it. I mailed it back and they called a few days later to say they had int and would have to go the factory to get what I needed. Being in no rush, I said fine.

Two weeks later the second hairpiece arrived and it was perfect. Kudos to HPH!
