Hotwire bad policy!
I agree...they are legalised CROOKS!!! or at least made it look like is legal...Never again I use that service.

overcharged me $600 for their own fault
Rented a car ffrom them from jacksonvile airport for $151 for 9 days. When I came to the airport - they didn't have a car available so I had to call them and they said I can come back within 24hrs and get the same price. Next time I came - they still didn't have any cars available so they made me take an upgrade for additional $54 PER DAY! They are a scam!!

I was scammed by them, I will never recommend this website to anyone!
All their offers are fake, I just lost my money for nothing without any opportunity to get a refund!

Do not book through this website!
I wanted to save some money, so I decided to book through Hotwire. There was a deal – book a 3 star hotel for the price of 2 star. I saved up only 20 dollars and ended up with a king size bed in our room, which I booked for my son and me. I complained, and was given an opportunity to exchange. I had to pay those 20 dollars to choose another hotel. What a “great” deal. I saw on the internet that the first hotel had a rating of 65% from their customers. I will never use Hotwire to book anything again.

stay away from this place
Worst hotel I ever been! Poor service, rude people are working there, my room was very messy and dirty and the tap was leaking so I asked to change the room because there were empty rooms, they refused with no reason. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Hotwire.com - do not use their services
I needed to rent a big car when I would come to see my relatives. When I landed I thought that everything should be ok. The operator told me that I got a special deal, and they showed me to a small car, that I would not be able to fit the whole family in! I had to pay double to get another car for rent.

really high prices
I was very surprized and angry at the same time, because when I booked a hotel room using this website, it said – Discount price. I came to the hotel to find out that their prices are actually cheaper, than the ones the website sells the tickets for EVEN with a discount.

overcharge by a mistake, no refund
I rented a car from them and I get a damaged car. When I returned it back these people told me that I made these damages and ignored everything I tried to explain them. They overcharged me for nothing and refused in a refund. Beware and be careful dealing with them, I guess they just lie to people to get their money!

unreliable travelling company, stay away!
Beware and be careful, this company is not good adviser for your travel. Moreover, it is highly not recommended to use their services! I booked my travel with them and I was scammed out of money, because they simply took my money and never provided booking, I mean booking was never made and I was unable to get my money back!
