Honda service centre

Apparently there is this rule of one cant see or check his or her car being service.
If you need to look or check, you will need to see it from the outside of the service area @ at the road they use to drive the car into the bays.
Is this the unrivaled service that Honda talked about?
Even local Proton and Perodua or even BMW service center can have car owners there

Not the first time
The 1k service apparently is only checkingof fluid and that also was done hastily after i notice that there is nothing done when the service man says its done

Thats why the above complaintis very valid and owners should have the right to check or even 'supervise' the service done to their car
