Contract Ignored
Home Performance Alliance, owned by Gary Delia, ignores contract and delivers windows from cheapest manufacturer, installing 8 windows from contracted company, and two windows and sliding door from non contracted company. The head installer, Doug, lies, and then becomes belligerent when asked to install as per the contract. HPA Rating at BBB has dropped from A to C+ in the past two months. The salesmen will show positive reviews from Guild Quality, a bogus website bc HPA must invite the homeowner to write a review. Those buyers scammed or unhappy with HPA do not receive an invitation to,review. DO NOT have anything to do with company, or any company affiliated with Delia.
