this energy company uses shading sales pitches and has a customer service dept that is non existant when you try to contact them they are also lie about there rates they came to my door telling me I was overcharged con Edison said that they checked with my neighbor and my neighbor said the same thing I spoke to my neighbor after they left she never spoke to them I tried to call to cancel and I couldn't get through, Guess ill have to use help me howard from pix news to get out of this or call eric schneiderman the stat attorney general to get my account with them canceled
