no order was send

I placed an order on their website about two month ago. After order was confirmed and I made a payment, purchased items were never send. I thought it was a mistake or accident and contact this company. All what I received was just fake promise which was never completed. Be careful if you still want to deal with this company!

Projector Received as Promised!

I ordered a projector then after seeing a few negative reviews was nervous about receiving. I emailed and called the company and received a response by phone and email to assure me that all was well. The Projector I ordered arrived as promised. Thanks!

So much for the written word. I have been lied to for seven phone conversations. I still do not have my projector that is good for twenty thousand hours that only lasted six months. The bullshit that has come out of these assholes leads me to conclude that they are dumb as they think they are smart.

Do not deal these JERKOFFS.

Lying HD Projector World

How are these guys still allowed to screw the public? They blatantly lie, I have in writing a promise for a refund and they said it would take 7 business days. On the seventh business day they said no tomorrow will be 7 business day. WRONG,,, so the next day (no shocker) there was still no refund, when I sent them an e mail they said they gave refund to the wrong person.. BS if ever I heard it.... When I originally ordered the projector they said it will be here in 7 days, when I never recieved confirmation the order was sent they said you will be getting it in two days. I politely said I know but please send me confirmation the item was sent. He only repeated himself, I said I want a refund, they said ok. I said I want an email saying I am getting a refund and they sent it, I asked him how you able to give me refund if the projector has already been sent? He said we have a way to recall it so they dont deliver it. HA he is an idiot if he thinks anyone would believe that. Still dont have my credit, I will have to fight it with my credit card company... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS... go to AMAZON and you will get the same choices same prices and fast honest delivery. I have my new one and still no credit back from these jerk offs... and they are based in Canada so they must not have morals there.

Worst Company On The Planet

Whatever you do, DO NOT order a projector from these ripoff guys. I took a chance against all of the other bad reviews because a friend was actually lucky enough to actually receive a device from them and it seemed good. But, 5 months later, they are still waiting on their case and accessories that were promised. I placed my order, my card was immediately charged, and I started calling them 2 weeks later asking for updates. I got excuse after excuse. At one point, I was even given a UPS tracking number, but UPS was NEVER given a package for the label they generated. Then, I asked for a refund. After 30 days of excuses as to why the refund hadn't been processed, I had to dispute the charge through my card provider. HDProjectorWorld then promised me a free Pro 9 unit for the trouble. 2 months later, all I'm getting are email excuses and no unit. Every week, I get a "guarantee" that I will have the unit next week. Now, they are saying, but you got a refund. NOT THE POINT. YOU offered the free unit. YOU never sent it just like you NEVER sent the original order. Buyers, run for you life. This has to the the WORST company on the planet!!!

How do these guys stay in business?

Don't order from this company. They should be put out of business for false advertising and lying. Ordered a projector which was to come with accessories. They said they shipped it but never arrived. They said they would ship another one. Finally arrived but there was no accessories. I emailed them about the accessories and they said they could credit me $30. I told them to credit me $30. 60 days latter still no credit!

Ripped off and Lied To

This is not what I ordered!!!!!! You offered this to me as a free gift to apologize for your fiasco of never delivering the product that I ordered. You have $718.99 of my money!! Below in red is your apology for screwing up the order and non-delivery and your offer of free consolation. Are freaking kidding me????

Another customer cheated and lied to

Ordered a projector in November for my granddaughter. Charge hit my card the same day. As Christmas was rapidly approaching and no projector, I called. They said it was shipped but they could not find what happened to it. Promised to send a replacement. True to their word, one arrived just before the 25. Problem was, we could not get it to work.Several call to tech support and they finally told me to return if for a refund. Followed their printed instructions to the "T" and shipped it out on Jan.29. Still waiting for refund. Have contacted them several time, admit they received the product and that the credit should appear in 5 to 7 days. It;s now been two months and still getting the same bull """ story. Now I can't even get thru to them as they seem to be closed every time I call, no matter the time of day. I recommend you buy your projectors from another company. It may cost a few more dollars but you will get a much better product and service in return

Fly-by-nights

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My predecessor ordered several projectors from them. The product was inferior so I sent one back for repair. After several emails back and forth I was told my machine would be returned but of course it never arrived and then was told that is "must of been lost in the mail". I wrote it off and ordered brand name projectors and hired a local company to install.

I tried to leave a review on their website and of course their website "redirected me" to some email approval system. Their website is full of rave reviews but I bet they wrote every single one of them.

RUN!!!
