Music over voices

I watch hallmark everyday. I hear the actors fine. The music is not louder then the voices. Not say it's not that way for others. If you have smart tv's this could be your issue or high definition. In setting or menu you can fix that. But I have smart TV HD and hallmark is OK on this end. And I also seen so m eine say they don't have no ethnic of actors but white people. That's not true. A lot do have mostly white folks but I have watched several that show other ethnic actors. I hope you all get your issues resolved but I have to be honest and the music is not louder then voices on my end. Truly only when it goes to commercials there is difference in the volume and it gets louder which is to just get you too pay mind to what the commercial is selling. Have a great hallmark day
