stole money from me and never send me purchased items
Do not buy from this seller! I was scammed by them when I purchased their hair product - I placed an order on their website and I paid straight away but my purchase never arrived! I tried to contact their support service and send them many mails but I never received a reply! Beware and better avoid any shopping with these people!

I made a order on the 28th of May, Which my money was taken out on that day. I have not receive the item or gotten an email about. Today is the 3rd of June 2013. I called and talked to a guy name David. I asked him about my item, He said did not have it . I asked why didn,t someone email me and let me know. That is the professnal way to do things. He did,t answer about why they did,nt let me know . He said they refunded my money back on card on the Friday whicih was 31st of May. I knew better because I had checked it out before I called. I called back and talked to a lady and she said they refund my money on my card today.Which was after I called to find out about it. So that made me think was to company trying to keep my money or what.
I have made purchase from this company before, even tho I heard complaints about the company same issue that I have. So now I am wondering about the company!!!!!! Why would someone not tell the truth about you refund unless u trying to keep it.
