Allergy reaction to a cream

I have purchased a facial cream from Greenbrier International Inc. It arrived on time, no complaints there. However, when I rubbed it on the next morning my skin became red and burned! I was shocked and rushed to the clinic. They said that the cream caused an allergy reaction, however, I never in my life had any allergies! This is a bad product, and I believe the store is aware of it. I want a refund!
