Horrible Landlord
I second the above heat complaint. Tenants in my building have made a collective complaint to la régie du logement. This landlord in unattainable, even for legal matters. The condition of the building I was living in was horrible and when my appartment flooded, i got no assitance from management. (was completely ignored)

Never rent. Better to be homeless.
I dont recommend renting from anything associated with this guy. He is a sleazy and dodgy slumlord. The buildings he owns are all roach infested. He hires anti-social staff to "maintain" the building premises. I would rather be homeless than live in another building that is in any way or form affiliated with him.
Piles of trash in the hallways and corridors that never get cleaned up. Periodic water cuts. Anything he owns should be tore down. Absolute filth.
