Absolutely agree, they seen to lose documents on purpose and James Nigaid is a man of low self esteem and obviously has never been properly trained in customer service. Appropriate action should be taken against this corporation and especially James Nigaid as he is very rude and very uncooperative an unwilling to help you solve any issues. Thieves indeed!!!

i've never known them to lose documents on purpose. They seem to be pretty fair overall. It sounds like you were trying to break a contract and needed to provide proof and now looking fo someone to blame. Anyone at a head office would follow policy on that one. Plus you kind of sound way over excited and were prob an asshole. I could see that.
