fraudulent travel agent
This travel agent is not reliable. I had my worst experience with them. I booked a ticked and I paid the deposit in advance according to their booking rules. Later I had to cancel that booking and I contacted that company. The main problem was that they refused me in a refund. According to their policy they can't keep my money but they have many hidden rocks in their contract. Beware and be careful if you want to deal with them!

Outright denying to reschedule the travel I booked with them
I had booked a ticket with Globester. This is what the email from customer support replied to me on top of my booking details
Penalties(Per Person)
Before Departure
Cancel(Not-allowed)
Change(Allowed, As per Fare Rules)
After Departure
Cancel(Not-allowed)
Change(Allowed, As per Fare Rules)
But now I have called them for a reschedule because my travel plans have changed.
I called 4 times they put me on hold for ever and came with different answers at different times; finally I asked for the supervisor and the supervisor was literally yelling and really rude with me telling me "I cannot explain all the airline rules with you here on the phone we just cannot do anything about this" and that was it she vanished !!
What I have asked was a request for rescheduling my ticket which according to the email (part of which is copied above) is allowed. And my request was placed 3 days before my travel.
You cannot trust this organization with your travel plans or money ! emergencies or unavoidable circumstances can happen to customers and there is a basic level of support or risk management strategy that every service sector company must provide. I will not go with Globester again and I would like to make people aware of the same before choosing Globester for your travel plans.

Fraud, Crooks, Do not call Globester
I phoned Globester from my car for two tickets from LA to SFO due to a major delay at my booked airline.
In order to get info if there are a couple of seats available within the next few hours, I had to give my amex. CC #.
Globester could not sell me seats for that day. I hung up, thinking nothing more of it.
The next day, someone from Globester phoned me to say, " your tickets are ready"...I informed the person that I
no longer need tickets, I am home. They hung up.
This was in Nov. 2013. They billed my AMEX card for two tickets and a enormous service charge. I disputed the
charges with AMEX, since I did not receive any service from Globester. Amex investigated, and credited my account.
This was in December 2013.
In December 2014 I received a collection notice from a Texas company, trying to collect almost $ 1,000.00 for
Globester. I contacted the agency and said I do not owe this. They reported me to the credit bureau's as " in collection"
and therefore ruined my credit score with was over 800-
I have no idea what to do. I contacted the Attorney General's Office in California, this will take time. In the mean time,
my credit score is below 700 - due to these crooks and what can one do? I will have to hire an attorney to fix this, I
think. Who pay's for that, for my time etc. I am so very angry that internet companies can get away with this sort
of fraud.
