I canceled my account but you still didn't put my back into the bank, how come. Please put the $28.95 back into my bank. You put the $1.00 back but the $28.95 wasn't put back into my bank. Please do so and I am being polite too. Thank You

I think that Reviewstalk and GLD MyScore are different companies. So telling Reviewstalk to give you a refund probably won't work.
GLD Myscore has a phone number you should call. It worked for me when I wanted a refund.
855-331-9531 is the number I called. It is on their site. You should call it and get your money back.

Nothing But Lying Thieves!!!
I originally signed up to get a $1.00 credit report. I called & cancelled the service in April, 2016 because I did not need their credit monitoring service for $29.95 a month.(Which is outrageous compared to other companies offering the same service.)
On August 29, 2016 they debited my account $29.95. I called them on Saturday, August 30th & spoke to 3 different people. The 3rd person I was escalated to agreed to process the refund on an expedited timetable 3 business days. On Wednesday of that week still no money so I called again & after speaking to several people I was escalated again & this time I was told the refund had not been expedited. So again, it was expedited - this time I was told 24 hours. On Friday, I called, this time I was really fed up - they illegally removed money from my account without authorization & I was being lied to repeatedly. They were now telling me it would take another 3 to 5 business days to process the refund. I asked the supervisor I was speaking to if it would go faster if I filed a police report for bank fraud. She decided since everything was done on their side it would likely be in my account on Monday. She also informed me that they do not set up the debits on accounts. That information comes from whatever credit report service you contacted. They are the 3rd party customer service who handles refunds, account closures, sets up changes in payment options & collections. I'm not sure that I believe her since the debit on my account only has their info & she would not/could not provide me with any other contact information.
Today is Monday & guess what! The $29.95 STILL has not been returned to my account. After a lengthy amount of time on the phone with these lying thieves I was told it should post to my account by midnight depending on when my bank posts money. I also found out the only way to make sure this does not happen again is to close my bank account and open a new one!!!
I am beyond angry at this point. I will file a police report for documentation depending on what my bank recommends. They are just STEALING money from your account!!! There is no other way to put it. Fortunately, this is not my main account. It's just an account I use to pay various small things on the Internet - still doesn't mean I want to be robbed!!!
