poor service
Geeks on Repair is just another fraud! Beware and better don't use their services! I took my laptop there and I paid for their services but after i got it back I found that the problem was never fixed. I contacted them for a warranty repair or for a refund but they just didn't want to fix their mistakes.

Beware and stay away!
Do not use Geeks on Repair services! I send them my laptop and I paid for the repair according the bill which they send to me but when I received my computer back I found that it was never fixed. I tried to contact them and to claim for money back but I received just rude service and after that these people started to ignore me!

A COMPLETE CONSUMER AND TECH RIP-OFF!!
I am a computer Technician and an Insider to their operations.
Geeks on Repair is a complete rip-off to consumers and Technicians.
I have all the information at my disposal to prove my case.
Geeks on Repair get Consumers to pay for their services instantly via PayPal.
They have refused to pay for my services as a Technician via Direct Deposit to my Bank account.
They do not have a Bank account and payment is via PayPal or Western Union. I opted for payment via western Union
and the transfer fee is being deducted from my peanuts. They have refused to pay. Geeks on Repair needs to be thoroughly
investigated by a Federal Authority. Consumers and Technicians are advised to stay away from Geeks on Repair.

Unprofessional
So very unprofessional. I called by accident and was not only interigated wanting to know how and why I had their phone number but where I got it....when I expressed that their behavior was unprofessional I was told the "F.... You" about 12 times. I will file on every complaint site regarding their behavior. They are sketchy and will not provide any information but a small web search reveled who there were.
I'm sure you have MANY other options....use them.
