Harrassment Several Times After Bankruptcy Discharge
That's awful. I helped my parents through a bankruptcy about 18mos ago-it 's a very hard process-so sorry for what you're going through. One of the creditors was this very company, but once they were given the case number, the calls stopped. I hope you're able to prosecute this company to the full extent!

Thank you! It's funny, they were given my case number several times DURING the bankruptcy process and then given paperwork several times AFTER the bankruptcy was discharged - even by my attorney! I was doing searches on the internet about complaints about them...they have TONS of complaints ranging from poor service to FRAUD! They finance for many retailers including JCPenney's, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, and many others. Consumer beware - if you have a card or are thinking of getting a card from ANYWHERE - check to make sure it's not financed through this company!

When applying for a balance transfer, you should still make your regular payments until it actually does go through. So yes, you are late on your scheduled payment and the calls are justified.

I am in my fifties, i learned long ago to never deal with credit cards, i had cards when i was in my twenties, and learned all about there existence, why they exist, they prey upon
peoples wants, not needs. g.e. money is madeup of the same people who carried out 911
obama is right there involved in this scam to destroy america, in every way he is told to by others above him, we are in our last days this year will be the end of america, this is why you cant do anything about g.e. cause it really doesnt matter and they know this.if nothing could be done about 911 what do you think this credit scam is, it is nothing to these people and you dont have enough time to do anything about it, and theres know one that will, and quit making the payments. and deal with it, take that money and buy food and survival gear and get youre family prepared for this years end and try to survive all the items that were purchased with credit didnt exist anyways, all material bullshit, time to rethink whats really important, i myself pick life, family survival

Cheating customers!
e dealing with GE Money bank for years. I paid my promotion balance off and weeks later they told me I own 501.00 in debt security fees and late fee's We talked on the phone for 2 hours back and forth. I told them to prove to me that I signed up for debt security. Be cause that is something I wall would never do. Even if debt security was a1.00 a month I still would not enroll. And why would I ever agree to pay debt security 38.00 a month when my monthly payment averaged. 40.00 a month. COME ON NOW SERIOUSLY. It doesn't take a rocket scientist. To know its not worth it. Now I wrote them and they told me a team specialist will call me later that week still no phone call. And when I call the brush me off.

GE capital received a payment on a year loan a few days late.....I subsequently paid in full, 6 months before the
due date. They continue to penalize me for the late charge fee and compound interest and fees.They call 12 times a
day at all hours. We need legislation.
I spoke to them the first month of this issue but they refused to adjust the bill. They are in the business of compounding.
Don't ever use them,

Fraudulent services
This company scammed me on their loan! They stole $400 even before they provided me their services and after that all the time when I tried to contact for their support services I was simply ignored. Beware and better stay away from this company and avoid their services!
