same complaint order flowers call and got service, and they will check it out call 3 times so far, guess what no call back and no credit yet it was for valentines #150907044 sign piss off ex customer AM

I also ordered from this website. Ordered my wife flowers for valentine’s day and big surprise they weren’t delivered, Called the very next day along with an email asking the status of my order. The customer service # is a joke, the rep kept telling me they couldn’t give me a status update and they would send a message to the manager and that some would contact me. Don't listen to the company's rep on here saying they'll get back to you within 24 hrs. I was just contacted via email 1 week later saying my order was cancelled. No explanation was given to as why they weren’t delivered. I went as far as to contact the florist association in Texas, they informed me about these fraudulent websites and how they rip you off. They also informed me that by ordering on these websites will actually decrease the amount of product you’ll get for your money. To get the most for your money contact your local florist directly next time. If you want to complain about your experience go to www.tsfa.org and click on the link to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s office. Times are already tough for everyone last thing we need is some scum company trying to rip off the hard working American’s. Let’s put a stop to this. I’m very interested in hearing the response from the companies rep on here, but guess I’ll have to wait a week for that as well.
