Not a single action for a whole year
I went with Frontier Legal Plan and Litvin Law to get a loan modification for my home. I have been paying them $800 per month for the last 1 year, and I have no results till this date. They give me promises that everything will come to an end soon. When I call them and ask who is handling the situation at the moment, they say that there is a new fellow at the department. I doubt that such “fellows” have any experience at all in this field. When I start to argue with them, every time it’s the same thing – they ask me about how much money do I make and will I be able to handle a loan. Everything should be ok, but no – they still are asking for money and do nothing for me.

Frontier Legal Plans and Litvin Law
I too have paid Frontier Legal $750/month for what I thought was representation with my lender to help me through a mortgage loan modification. After 1 year I became concerned that nothing had been settled or suggested for resolution with my lender. I have found out that Litvin Law has not been in contact with the lender in a timely manner, that information the lender has requested is not relayed to me and that notices about the modification were received by Litvin Law and never forwarded or communicated to me. I am now trying to negotiate the modification with the lender myself, as my home has been scheduled for a foreclosure sale in October. I would gladly join any others who wish to bring a lawsuit against Frontier Legal Plans and Litvin Law. Their forensic audit has no bearing on modifications and their obvious lack of experience with lenders has led to me possibly loosing my home.

I have found out that's Litvin Law has not been in contact with the lender in a timely manner, that information the lender has requested is not relayed to me and that notices about the modification were received by Litvin Law and never forwarded or communicated to me. I've tried to negotiate the modification with the lender myself but it was turn because they hadn't heard nothing from anyone ( frontier nor litvin law) in almost a year. I would gladly join any others who wish to bring a lawsuit against Frontier Legal Plans and Litvin Law. Their forensic audit has no bearing on modifications and their obvious lack of experience with lenders has led to me possibly loosing my home. Again, I am in agreement with you about filing a law against litvin law and frontier legal plan
