Buyer beware! Fridgidaire sell defective units

We have bought a fridge from Fridgidaire a while ago. We didn't buy an extended warranty. We had the problems with the fridge since day 1: it is extremely noisy and the temperature is not right. Fridgidaire has not provided us any service or refund. We believe that the company sold us the problematic unit since we did not purchase the extended warranty.
