Fraudulant Coverage Claim
I live in southern Maine. I ordered the Supernova 655 on October 30, 2016 with the full understanding that I had coverage in my area. When I try to boot up the hot spot it won't connect to the internet. I call up FreedomPop (1-888-743-8107) and they tell me I'm in a "gray area" and thus don't have any coverage in my area, in contrast to what their hot spot map shows and what I was lead to believe in the beginning. I ask for a refund of $79.98, the full cost of the Supernova 655 hot spot. They tell me it's beyond the 30 day return policy time period and thus I'm not eligible for a refund. I tell them that's no right. They hang up on me. They are a bunch of frauds!! Anyone know how I can get my money back? [email protected]
