They charged my debit card for $24.95, unauthorized

My name is Jessica,
I totally disagree with the complaints for the Free1040taxreturn.com website. I just recently filed my taxes for my 2011 return through Free1040taxreturn.com. I will be receiving my return no later than January 31st 2012. I logged into the website and the website immediately tells you that their is a fee for processing your return. Even though the site is called "Free1040etc." if you read the front page of the website it distinctly stated in bold letters that their is a processing fee. Thus, I created an account and I chose the Long 1040 form to process my taxes. I put my info on the electronic form, I chose e-file, and I paid with my debit care (39.95). I chose to receive a paper check in the mail. 48hrs later I logged onto IRS.gov and I entered my income tax return information and my form was accepted by the IRS and my check was scheduled to be mailed to me and received by January 31st. For those of you who got denied or had any complications from this website, maybe you entered your info wrong or chose the wrong filing form.

They lie and are rude when you contact them
I used them last year (to do my federal taxes) and they were FREE and gave me a good amount on my return.
I went back to them this year (Feb 2015) and at the end of my federal return they said my cost would be $39.95. When I contacted them via mail ("contact us") the "customer service" staff wrote me that I need to read the site, they are not a free site, etc. and basically were pretty rude. Now granted, if you look under the "fees" section, it will say that they charge $39.95. BUT, on the first page of their website it says that federal returns are free for people making less than $60.000 and under age 70, excluding a few states (none of which I live in).
They are also listed on the IRS.org site as a free file site. Very strange. But the worst part was the customer service people.. very rude and kept telling me that I needed to read the site info, insinuating that I was on the wrong website, etc. They are complete idiots.
And I wasted 1+ hours of my life trying to do my taxes/contacting their people for clarification, etc. I hope nobody else goes to them.. wish I could report them to the IRS for false advertising.... some people will probably pay at the end just because they don't want to go through the hassle....
