Beware of Fred Siller's latest 2 endeavors. He and his scumbag wife Lorena are trying to get a phony clothing line of the ground called Frelo Latin Wear. He's even acquired an alias, Federico Gustavo. If ever an individual needed an alias it's Fred Siller. So go ahead, send these two scumbags money for clothing that will never arrive. At least I tried to warn you here.
His second endeavor is the New Life Medical Tourism Group. What will these 2 misfits dream up next? If you read their internet advertising apparently if you are in need of a medical procedure there are thousands of Latino medical doctors in places like Colombia, Puuerto Rico, Panama that can perform your operation for a fraction of the cost in the US and pass the savings onto you. So go ahead, get your hip replacement done in Cartagena and convalesce on the beach. But be forewarned, send money to Fred and Lorena Siller and you will never see it again. It's easy to spot their New Life Medical Tourism Group website pages. They usually have some large panoramic view of the Colombia coastline taken fron some hotel at the top of the page. Near the bottom of the page you will see the webpage is designed by Zack Burns of Pyramid Web & Design, it's a dead giveaway.
Zack is the son of Lorena Siller.

Fred and Lorena's angle with the New Life Medical Tourism Group is they hire you as an agent and supposedly provide you complete training in recruiting potential patients to undergo these medical procedures in Colombia, Panama or some other Latin American locale. The obvious incentive they claim is that these medical procedures can be performed by qualified doctors/dentists at a fraction of what they would cost in the USA. The only trouble is that Frederico (Fred) and Lorena (Lorena Kay) are not connected in any way to any doctors or hospitals in Latin America. Neither of them has ever worked in the medical profession. They are internet scam artists working from a Goin Postal PO Box in Fort Pierce, FL. Frederico Gustavo and Lorena Kay (real names Fred Siller and Lorena Siller) are born thieves, plain and simple. When you send them money you will never see it again.

Internet Fraud - New Life Medical Tourism Group
Just some food for thought for anyone considering doing business with the New Life Medical Tourism Group or Frelo Latin Wear or any other businesses (scams) run by Fred Siller (Frederico Gustavo) or Lorena Siller (Lorena Kay).......... Why don't they ever publish a street address (an actual building) that they operate their business out of ??? Why is their only mail contact a Goin Postal PO Box or something similar ???

We placed Fred's mugshot all over the web. We might as well place Lorena's mug there as well, or are you going by Lori Kay this week? Doesn't matter. The woman who claims to be doing society so much good by supplying "people in need" with these medical services should certainly have her face familiar to the public. Send her money and you will never see it again.

Fred Siller and Primo TRavel
I just came upon yet another Fred Siller scam. Apparently he has declared himself President of Primo Vacations for Central and South America where he promotes travel to Santa Marta, Colombia. If you listen to the BS that this creep puts out you gotta chuckle. He claims to have been on the same stage with motivational speakers like Anthony Robbins, Ellie Drake and Jeffrey Combs. I wonder what Robbins, Drake and Combs might have to say about that? That Fred Siller was on stage with them! Funny, because when Fred and Lorena Siller rented my condo for their HONEYMOON in Fort Pierce, FL they had to be kicked out for falling several weeks behind on their rent. Earlier that year, Fred was evicted from the Mariner Bay condo he was renting for the same reasons. Fred and his stepson Zack Burns absolutely trashed that condo, even wrote stuff on the walls. That condo was owned by the Cunningham family out of West Palm Beach.
Now Fred is claiming to have accomplished these profitable businesses by age 27. He claims that after speaking his "audiences of 1000's would leave with a tremendous sense of energy..." All this from a guy who can't even pay his rent or his child support.
He also claims that ...."We're daily bringing on more new members to Primo than ever before. We're crushing all other opportunities out there and many of you are daily stuffing your pockets with $500 commissions (or more). I LOVE that....."
Yep he's stuffing his pockets with $500 commissions on a daily basis.......Sure Fred!
Looks like Fred has a fictitional boss in this scam. Someone named Rob Hannley, President of Primo Vacations has promoted Fred Siller to his current title. Send Fred Siller money and you will never see it again.

It is true that Fred and Lorena Siller are living in a Catholic mission for the homeless in Cartagena. Two very tragic figures.
