Scams
FENIXSUPPORT.COM and GEMVSUPPORT.COM are fraud companies from UK.
I was checking my account, which I did not use for a while, and saw that some time ago $40.00 have been withdrawn from it. I have been advised to disable my account, because thes companies could strike again.
I was unable to return the money though.

Major Scam
We received a text that $0 payment on a student loan was approved and to call 657-286-6402. I called that number and spoke to someone who said her name was Shayna Muniz. I explained the reason for the call. She started asking questions like the student's name, email address and phone number. She also wanted two references. This got me thinking that this is a scam since the application for income based repayment plan was sent to Navient. I called Navient and they said they are not associated with Fenix Support.
