Terrible service!
I recently purchased a north face jacket and after two weeks of not responding to my emails or sending me a tracking number, I finally found a contact number and spoke to a woman who was the perfect definition of rude. She told me they just received the products to their warehouse when i called and I told her not to even send it and that I demand a refund. She told me okay and shut in my face. I called back several times because I'm the last person anyone wants to shut the phone with. I don't deal with people like that very well. Anyways, I kept calling until she answered again and at that point I was furious! I told her if i didn't get my money back I will bring police into it and she shut again! When i called back again i started yelling at her and told her i knew her company was a scam and it will backfire, she has the audacity to reply back to me saying "you're f**king crazy stop calling us" and shut in my face again. At that point, my blood was boiling. I called back and threatened to take her to court and I will show the police what kind of service this is and how they speak to their clients. Right after that i received an email saying I'm getting a refund on my order which I highly doubt. I will not stop until I have this company completely out of harms way. I refuse to let this keep happening to anyone especially because i have witnessed such horrific things.
p.s. Would my bank account help me get the money back? Should I change my credit number?
If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated! Thanks
