Horrible Experience at above store

On Friday, September 2, 2016 I visited the Dulux Paints Store #8512 on 355 Dundas St., Mississauga. I paid $30 for a cab from and to my home. I purchased 2 rolls of wallpaper and showed the salesman 4 colours for paint that I had previously chosen from the Dulux website. I wasn't sure which would suit the wallpaper best. The salesman and another saleslady standing right there, added that one colour was too pink, and I agreed. The one the salesman pointed out was perfect was a light grey on the chart of colours. I chose that colour, as per the salesman's suggestion. He brought it back and showed it to me, it looked white, so I asked if he would go to the next colour, which seemed darker. This time when he brought it back, he refused to open the can, and just stood there grinning.. I left the store stating that I was not happy with the product.

I have come to this particular store in the past 10+ years, at least every 2 years and have always been satisfied with the results. I realize now, we made our own decisions and came away satisfied. My eyesight in the meanwhile has gone really bad. I called the Store Manager, Daniel Pimental, on September 7, who was aggressive from the start, and said if I came to the store with the product he would look into it. His aggressive manner immediately told me that unless I spent more money in his store, I would not be considered. So I decided to drop it and live with my losses, never more to return to this store.
