what happened to dulux paint?

After using dulux once for years i was so disapointed when i painted my living room with with caramel latte once mat paint.
After one coat brush marks were visable around the edges so did a second coat with same results.Even changed brush second time.A waste of £34,time and effort.Never had this problem before with this paint but wont be buying dulux again!
