Du started cheap Service

Dear All,

Be care full DU started to grab money from consumer by providing worst internet service as per below procedure they capture you

1. You will find DU Advertise paper of one year packages for Internet and TV channels in your building entrance
2. You will call on mentioned cell, Du will send one technician to install devices and your internet and TV channels will work
3. After 24 hours Du service started to disconnect after each 10 minutes and go on so here you started to follow Du Customer
Service and you will not found them for hours once you found luckily they try to convince you wait more days it will be working
fine you wait but service will not work same disconnection but you again put hours to call Du worlds worst Customer Service
they again say technician will come and check but no technician will come so you become MAD at the end what to do so by
force fully you finally decide to cancel Du and go for Etisalat which always have best service in UAE

Grabbing Money Scheme Procedure is Du make survey and found which building they know their service is not working they started to advertise less amount packages than Etisalat so consumer rush to Du and install internet and TV channel and due to
Worst service when you force fully disconnect they got the point to make bill for 1500 AED immediate by saying you break the agreement so have to pay
