Only in Africa

Only in a third world continent like Africa would a company like DStv manage to keep in business. Everywhere else they would be laughed out of business in less than a week. Their services if you can call them that are managed by a bunch of gross incompetents.

For example their movie selections are repeated ad nauseum They throw one or two new movies every week to draw the suckers in After that you can count on seeing the same movies over and over for literally months on end.

Their transmission is always being interrupted for one reason or another. At times three or four times a day.

They are a total joke. They wouldn't last a week if they had to face real competition. But they have a monopoly ergo they get a free ride to offer a crappy service to consumers who have nowhere else to go for a decent pay TV service.

And they have the gall to hike their rates every time they get a chance.

Go at it while you can boys and girls...

DSTV Poor service and over priced!

Very frustrated with DSTV. They disconnected me before due date. When I paid, they told me that I was still owing, although it is not true.They have sent me an inflated bill forcing me to be on another bouquet without a warning! I do not want that bouquet. I called DSTV Nairobi 5 times and no one is helping so I am still switched off from my usual channels. I am writing to demand a refund as no one should force me to watch channels I did not ask for and to remove my favourite ones!
