Does Not Pay Bill Breaks Contract
This is in response to a post that landed online regarding my firm which I will leave nameless. David Fultz, President of DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity entered in a contract which was initially found via eLance. Upon stating the 8.75% eLance fee would not be covered by us, he opted for direct payment. DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity was to complete their Web Service - they did not. This severely hampered the progress of our team, yet they blamed us. During a conference a month ago with he, and one of his team, he flipped out entirely regarding not understanding technology to the point where I had to hang up on him as professionalism I do require. DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity was contacted on several occasions to provide answers regarding their Web Service - they refused to reply. We continued, and finished the Beta as Promised - they refused to review, offer feedback, or pay for the services which stand above the 75% Payment they last made. We provided out of scope services well in excess of 5K, yet they post invalid things online regarding our services. It's shameful to have to deal with someone of this caliber.
