50% + Rip-Off on returned parts
RIP OFF COMPANY... THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED 15 DAYS + 5 DAYS SHIPPING TO SEND ME THERE BOILER ROOM PARTS, I HAVE CALLED THEM 7 TIMES AND STILL NO PARTS, THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY FROM PAYPAL BUT DONT WANT TO SHIP ME MY PARTS, IM LOST, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO, NO MONEY NO PARTS THANKS A LOT ASS HOLES FOR RIPING ME OFF

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!!!
Absolutely the worst. To start with, you can't log in on their website, and on the phone their rep called it a "dead page!" WTF?!?!? No packing at all...simply slapped a label on the factory box and threw it out the door. Parts arrived damaged, and response was ENTIRELY unsatisfactory. OK...the price was good, and the shipping was fast... But deal with these people AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
