Return Policy has Problems

Since May 2011 I have been waiting for instructions as to how to program my Garage Remote Control Unit. Despite emails and waiting endlessly online to your "LIVE help support" - Nothing.
One would have thought that this would have been an easy fix BUT sadly No

Return Policy has Problems

Yes. I received the product but no programming instructions for either Remote, consequently the units are useless without those instructions. The order was made 17 May 2011 Order ID K3J14RK1-DD.
I tried several times since then to obtain assistance from your Live Help

What manufacturer? How am I supposed to work out who the manufacturer is?

I tried to google instructions for programming Garage remote Control Units but those instructions were of no assistance.

It should be up to the supplier - in this instance DinoDirect to ensure that its supplier/manufacturer provides all the appropriate instructions with the unit when it is shipped. There should not have to be any need for any follow up. The instructions should be packaged with the units. Your advertising states that it is easy to program - unfortunately without any instructions - it is not.

As I have said the units are useless without programming instructions.

Being Scammed

Hye Im the newest victim here. Would you like to bring this company down? On facebook maybe?..I have a similar case to some of the other customers who didnt get their freaking WEDDING DRESS.
I placed an order one month ago. I requested that the dress sent to my home-country (im studying abroad, going back for my wedding). They kept emailing me to verify my credit card since I had mismatching address. They even called my house and asked my mom to make sure i confirm my payment. I finally did. I even CALLED them to assure that they can make this dress precisely to the measurement i gave. They said no problem, will do our best and all those things you always hear them saying (i repeat, just saying..usually not done). Oh I forgot to mention, it was a chinese lady, never anybody who speaks english well. I think all the english/american names they put on their emails are just tricks so you think they are reliable. They are a chinese company.
They promised to prepare my dress in 15~25days n get it shipped within 1month. When it already exceeded 25days of the maximum promised time for getting my dress done, i became worried so i emailed them. I got really mad when they had the gut to tell me the dress is not even done when it should already hv been dispatched to me. I didnt get any email telling me they couldnt get it done.

They claimed that the dress is in high demand, difficult to prepare bla3 .. ( do you tell that to your customers?)
This morning they asked if I want to cancel my purchase. I dont know if I should. Because they obviously want money and they can do anything possible to fool me.

does anyone here know any legal actions we can take? I dont want to sue them. I dont need their money. I just want justice.. This company is playing us all.. playing all the first timers.. I know a lawyer in the USA graduating for my school here but im afraid this company ( i wont mention their name its too disgusting) is not based in the USA..

it's a 100% scam

They're a scam. I bought an item from them in January and still haven't received it. Their CS never replies.

bad company, bad service

This company is a scam! I made a purchase on January and I still didn't receive it! No response on my emails, this is a total scam! I will never use their services again and won't recommend it to anyone!

Worst customer support I ever dealed with

I have purchased a few things from this website. When I received them, I saw that the pants were very small, and I ordered M size. I wanted to find out about the return policy, however, that turned out to be very hard to do. The first time I contacted the customer support, a woman named Sharon disconnected me and gave no answer. The second time it took her a whole hour to give me the answer. She said that she would send the terms of the return policy to me by email. When I was logging off the website, there was a window asking what I think of the website and its support. I rated the support poor, because that was exactly what I was left thinking about them.

avoid any business with them!

I placed an order on their website about three month ago and it's still not delivered. tried to contact them but they never respond. Beware and better don't buy from them!

complicated to deal with

they sell some stuff that they don't have in stock and will never tell you that you might have to wait a LONG time., they send the wrong item, It take a whole week to get a Gift card instead of a refund, so we are still stuck with them. They will issue a partial refund only, They will finally delete my account even after 2 of their stupid Chinese workers said they don't. Will be loosing a few $ but it will worth it to get rid of those idiots.

Incompetant staff

Order Number #658188D9-DD
I ordered an external harddrive from DinoDirect.I was not sure about the items discription so I started a live chat and "Coco" comfirmed that it is indeed an external harddrive that can store date.

I received my "external" today and it is just a port for a USB. I paid R400 for this with the shipping. A port like this in South Africa wil cost me R11. I spent 3 hours with them on a live chat and send through a email.

They confirmed that they will email me with an answer.

A answer to what?That your staff are incompetent and now I have to pay?

I have struggled with them from the begining I hope the rest of my order (That I ordered 2 weeks before the external that are stil Chine) gets here soon so I dont have to deal with them ever again
