job fraud vacancy

Is it true that Diligent Human Resource and Marketing Consultancy is a fraud ? My friend just went there and pay for 200aed and ask to come back after 3 days. please advise

i think it's fraud
i just went there, and the girl who interviewed me was so good in talking. the offers are great and all, but one thing that made me think twice was when she asked for money amounting to 200 dirhams and she said it was for processing fee and quoted that it's refundable. i was in doubt, but still i thought if this was fraud then charged to experience. she handed to me the folded receipt and said don't lose it. she told me to be back on Tuesday for contract signing and said to wait for her call tomorrow. as i leave the office, way at the ground floor one indian guy approached me and asked if Diligent Marketing asked for money or some sort of security, I said yes. This guy has also applied and gave money and was in doubt that's why he asked me. He wants to know what other applicants thought about this thing. As i left the vicinity, and walk through the car park to catch a taxi, I saw 1 filipina and she seems like working there or maybe knew the place. I asked her about Diligent Marketing and she said not believe in such because her sister was also a victim. Diligent Marketing asked 400 dirhams from her sister, promised to get a job but haven't gotten a job within 3 months time. Her sister ended up going back home. This is so sad. Can we do something about this? These people should not continue doing this.
In addition: When I checked the receipt, it says there that it is not refundable for any reason.

Job Fraud or not ?
I've been to Diligence marketing group on 25th Aug 2012. They asked me to pay up 300 Dhms and offered me a job for 4000 Dhms and told me that their company has so many branches like oil and gas, manufacturing etc. They were able to persuade me in paying 300 Dhms. They gave me a receipt and asked me not to lose this and told me that the cash was refundable even if I rejected the offer. But on the bottom of the receipt it was written that the cash is not refundable for any reason and I asked about it. The girl said it doesn't refer to this payment and that it is for other purposes only. I was also told that I'l get a call after 1 day confirming about the interview date and that if I'm selected I won't be charged any more extra cash. The next day( 26 Aug 2012) i recieve a call from Mr. Musa telling me that I'm selected for the job and get the offer letter the next day and pay up 200 Dhms.
I'm confused now. I'm wondering how can I be selected if I'm not interviewed by any other company officials. Please provide me details regarding this company. Please be true.

I JUST CAME BACK 15MINS AGO FROM THEIR OFFICE IN AJMAN BANK 3RD FLR AND ITS A LONG WAY FROM ABU DHABI JUST TO GET A DECENT JOB AND A NICE PAYDAY. I WAS OFFERED A JOB BUT I WAS SURPRISED FOR THE 300DHS AS PAYMENT FOR DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS TO PROCESS THOU I ONLY PAY 100DHS BUT THEY TOLD ME TO GO BACK THIS COMING SUNDAY TO MAKE A SIGN ON THE SAID OFFER LETTER AND PAY THE REMAINING 200DHS IF THIS A DAMN FRAUD CONSULTANCY OR WHATEVER U YELLING OUT THERE I THINK THIS IS THE TIME WE ALL SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND GET THIS MOTHERFUCKERS IN JAIL SO WHO'S WITH ME???!!!!!!!!!!!!! Inline with the discussions that we had, there offer is too good to be true. They even told me that I am shortlisted and within a month I can get the job (DAFZA). In addition, they are asking for AED 300 as security deposit (refundable). I regret the offer and told them that I will not give any single penny in my pocket! According to UAE laws, nobody can charge from jobseekers for new job, Only Employers pay to recruitment agencies for new employees.

Diligent is Good but.....
I am happy to have because of their recommendation but the point disappoint me was, they selected me on salary 5,500/- but in final interview they offer me they ll pay 5,000/- and 500 after probation :(
but its ok. latest I got the job and now i m working. :)

It was quit strange when I enter in this group because the policies and procedure for recruitment was really strange for me. after first interview I come on internet and try to find their official website but I wasn't able to find their website and i found lot of good and bad comments. its make me confuse but till i try to check my luck and its works. I am facing some normal problems in my company like grouping nationality preference but its normal in all UAE because of different nationalities.
I have good words for the Diligent team but till I must say no need to follow me just be careful and do what is right according to your mind.

I been there at their office this thursday nov. 22, 2012. they send me an email saying that i was shortlisted for the position. i saw their adds at the dubizle.com. actually im applying as a office clerk but they said that i am much capable for the position of an office secretary. the girl who interviewed me name Ms HUMA QASIM offered me a salary of 4500 + accommodation + transportation. She is well trained on how to get the attention of the applicant. She asked me to pay 300AED for security and for the processing fee of my visa. she said after 2 days MR MOOSA will call for the offer letter and thats what happened. Ive been there at their office this afternoon nov. 25, 2012 and shock that MR MOOSA still wants to collect another 200AED for the processing still. from there at what happened i was really in doubt, but still gave the money. all in all i already gave them 500AED. MR MOOSA told me that he is going to call DEC 2, 2012 for the confirmation of my job. From this time on i am still in doubt. To those people who are engaged at diligent human resources and marketing, we people who dont do anything bad from you, all we need is a descent job for our family, may you have the conscience to think not to fool people around this is a muslim country and i believe muslim are true to their words. Now i will wait for the said day that MR MOOSA told me,dec. 5,2012.

i went there yesterday for an interview and ms huma qasim told me that i was qualified applicant..She told me that she will put me on MOE under fashion and garments since that was also my background experience,and then she asked me f h0w much my previous salary and she is shocked that i was 0nly gaining a very less salary and i saw in her face that she is s0 pity on me and she tell also to other lady which is opp0site on her table bout my previous salary.after that she asked me h0w much my expected salary and i said 5000 then she told me that their offer is more than that i was expected..basic salary is 5500 +free acc +free food but if i will live outside i will get 1500.0nly 8hrs duty and 2days off +their visa was freezone..i was s0 amaze 0n that offer.but after that she asked me to pay 300dhs,i said i dont have on that amount,i have 0nly 100,then she said its ok coz i was so pity 0n u..she give me a receipt and t0ld me t0 sign the application letter and then she t0ld me to go al0ng with mr mousa to talk ab0ut my w0rk and then mr mousa asked me regarding my visa and i t0ld him that 0n saturday dec 8,2012 is the schedule 0f my exit in kish and i was already arranged for my visit visa,and then he suddenly replied"n0 n0 n0,d0nt expense m0re m0ney 2 pay 0n visit visa,u go kish and we will send y0ur empl0yment visa..2mrw bef0re i will g0 f0r exit,they t0ld me t0 pass my papers s0 that they will pr0cess while im in the kish..because of what i've read here,n0w i was s0 c0nfused and scared if i will believe t0 them and wait their visa 0n kish..im scared that maybe i'll just 0nly waiting f0r n0thing? Hey Guys, i just had an interview (at least that was what they called it) with this ppl the other day and all what i read on this page also happened to me... I knew it when something like this happens which is too good to be true, then i shd have doubted my self but i dont know what happened to me at that moment when miss Sana (at least that is what she is calling her self) was so good to me and my frds and offered as a 5500 dhs job in duty free...it was actually very attractive and we were so exited until she told us that we have to pay 300 dhs for registration fees and stufff...at the time we didnt have the money. I had 100 in my pocket but my freinds didnt have. So she insisted on taking all their money in their pocket and she took i dont know 50 or even less dhs from them....it was like she was a Beggar.....all in all, i was suspicious the whole time but still i paid that money and came back home to find out that they are a total Fraud! Miss Sana , if in case u r reading this, i hope u get everything u deserve by doing such a cruel thing to innocent ppl....how can u even swallow the food u eat by getting it in such kind of way....i hope God will punish u in his own way like u deserve....U said Ure MR MUSA will call after 2 days, ha? BIG JOKE! let him call and i know what i will say .....SO ppl dont get fooled by this ppl.....they seem nice and humble but u dont know them at all....U played me once but U cant play me again!....and good thing that u made me even stronger to search for a better job .....Have fun with my 100 dhs!

I must say everything will be perfect for you if you are honest then no body can cheat you. I was in same situation when I come for visit but now with the will of God I am working as DTA and I had interview with Diligent 7 months ago. this is my 5th month of working. We have something to do for this kind of people
