correction not complaint

I posted a coplaint yesterday (19/4/12) about an "unauthorised" charge of $49.99 to my AMEX C/C as did many others before me. Many had their C/C cancelled thinking it a fraudulent activity. However, speaking to AMEX this morning it was revealed that many computer viros protection cos. use Digital River Luxembourg for direct debits and C/C charges. We had Avast installed recently! Also add that the AMEX person I spoke with was well aware that many people erroniously belive the charge to be fraudulent.
