taking $$ on my Mastercard without permission!!
at the beginning of Nov. 2013, I ordered a month free trial of which I pd shipping and handling (3.79 & 4.99) and this is how they get your c.c. info.
In Dec., $94.70 and $87.91 were charged on my c.c. for, I don't know, another month? Not only did I NOT ask for further purchases from them, the product damaged my skin badly and had to seek medical attention. After calling the company, they finally agreed to return 50% of my charges and after I told them I wasn't "making deals"...they agreed between 3-5 bus. days to refund on my c.c. as they did.
However, I see after that, they also charged me 2 weeks after I rec'd the free trial sample...?!?!?! called them back and they flat out refused to give me back my money. they now have a total of $89.31 and $87.91 from November.
I spoke to an arrogant supervisor who would not even budge. This is my money and I have only the samples to speak of. I am so outraged and will certainly be spreading the word!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read the fine print of the agreement on line and see that this firm does do negative billing - (you need to contact them within a certain time frame to cancel contract otherwise they simply ship and charge you) HOWEVER, even reading and understanding this there is a problem.
I have been calling the 1-888-447-6613 number non-stop for 3 days and in constantly rings busy. Operator was not able to assist.
If I were closer to one of the Toronto addresses (there are at least 2 different ones) I would simply visit the site but given I am 3000 kms away............I have advised the BBB and can only hope they can help.
I have sent 3 emails without any acknowledgement.............
I have also sent an email to the UK email address in the hopes they will assist.
Anyone with a good idea to help?????
