Products Won Never Delivered & No Reply From Support
I actually received one item yesterday, which happens to be the only item I was able to track. Funny, huh? I received a response from [email protected] and they just reiterated what the website said with the exact same links for tracking that don't work! Then said something about customs. I'm sorry, but any time my packages have been held up in customs I'm still able to track them and find out that info myself. Thank you for the advice! I will give them till Monday to arrive and if not I'll file with buysafe.com. I'm still waiting on 3 items, two of which are tablets. I'm starting to highly doubt I'll ever get them as those are the ones I want the most and can't track. Hope they really do make your purchases right as "Roger" says.

You're lucky to get one item! After 33 days I still haven't got a thing and I've won over 10 items(tangible products). I'm hoping that through buysafe I can get my money back, dealfun has really screwed up my plan for the holidays and totally wasted my time! Remember the 30day window with buysafe or you'll have to talk to your bank and waste even more time!

It was fun in the beginning so before I knew it was a SCAM I bought more bids. How naive am I. They did finally get me 1 item to me and a few bids because of their inconvenience or screw up. I played some more, as I still had money invested in bids.and won some really cute items. I waited and sent emails to support where were the new items I had won ? They then said ALL of the items I won were no longer available, they didn't have enough. Of course they reimbursed me the little amount.
THIS is the worst part...with the bids I had left I was going to use them. I went on and all they had to bid on where SWEAT BANDS and crap. I sent a complaint to support and nothing. I just now went on to see if they had anything worth bidding on with the rest of my money. THEY EMPTIED MY ACCOUNT, TOOK MY MONEY. That is stealing on top of falsely selling items they did not have.
Does anyone know what I can do to get my money back ?
