no product

I paid for 2 32gb SD cards.

They sent 2 8gb SD cards & an email saying there was a mistake, to return the 8gb SDs & 2 32gb replacements would follow.

I returned the 2 8gb as per instructions between Christmas & New Year.

I sent a follow up email Jan 31 & was told to provide the order numbers; I did that.

Feb 21 I sent a follow up email which as yet to be acknowledged or replied to.

I now believe I've been scammed by Dealfind or the company, XSV 360 of Ottawa Ontario.

Scam - take money for no services

I'm finding similar situations, they don't believe the customer whatsoever and side with vendors who either don't show up or disappear. Everything is a fight but if you're relentless you may be able to get a hold of someone with authority to help you. the only other solutuion is to dispute the charges with your credit card company.

Ripped Off!!!

I recently purchased two bracelets from Dealfind, one with black crystal beads and the other with red crystal beads. The black crystal bracelet came with 7 crystals but the red crystal bracelet only came with 5 crystals. Dealfind and Shirin Diamond Center advertises 7 crystal beads for all their bracelets. I contacted Dealfind and they suggested that I contact Shirin Diamond Center directly for product exchange and return shipping costs. Shirin Diamond Center has not replied to any of my emails. Dealfind does indeed find good deals but that doesnt mean that the product the you receive is what you actually ordered. Dealfind does not want to remedy the issue instead leaves the customer high and dry. What a joke. Future online deal seekers please go to Wagjag or Teambuy or Groupon instead. At least these companies can afford excellent customer service.

Ripped Off! What a scam!

Unfortunately we have bought BOTH a:

1) Junk removal service

and

2) A maid cleaning service

From Dealfind. We have been unable to EVEN TALK TO EITHER OF THE VENDORS! It's been months and we have filled in the refund form on Dealfind's web site to no avail. And shockingly Dealfind doesn't answer their phone calls, nor return their emails. STAY AWAY FROM DEALFIND!!!

We will be calling the Better Business Bureau shortly to make a complaint against both vendors and Dealfind, as well as, contacting our local community TV stations and news papers. I'm sure someone will be interested to hear what a scam this company has turned out to be.

Getting a refund is impossible

I recently purchased a deal from Heavenly Soul and Beauty from Dealfind, however, I called many times and no one answers for me to schedule an appointment. Therefore I decided to refund the voucher as I am very unsatisfied with their service. I emailed Dealfind as it was their only means of communication with complaints and what not. When I got a reply they said they would investigate it first, completely ignoring my request for a refund. I got a email again saying they would help me with scheduling but that was not my reason for emailing, so I reminded them that I only wanted a refund. Couple days later it has past my 30 day refund time and I get a email saying I cannot get a refund because it has past the 30 days and they offered to help me with scheduling.
What kind of customer service is that?! They ragged the situation out until my 30 days was over and then emails me to tell me I cannot get a refund? That is ridiculous since I emailed at least 1 week before the 30 days. I do not understand why I could not get a refund when I provided a valid reason and then have them tell me my 30 days is over when they're the ones who refuse to give me a refund. I also tried to call the contact numbers but I was only told to email them on the site.

Scam

I purchased 2 x $39 = $78 for car detailing with no expiry date as a gift for my daughter. She made an appointment and arrived at Shine Time Auto 5555 Kennedy Road Mississauga telephone 647-302-5242. The place was closed. She made several attempts to contact the company. She has never been able to contact the company. There is no one there. I have emailed Dealfind to have my money refunded as this was a scam as reported by other irate customers.I have emailed them since June 8th and they kept telling me to be patient that they would contact the company to have the work done. I have had no contact from the company (they are not there). I have been patient for two months. Now Dealfind does not return emails. I have done a preliminary search on Dealfind. It is Dealfind.Com Inc. a private company. There are numerous postings as to the failings of Dealfind. I just need to have my $78.00 returned.

Bad service

Dealfind will not offer refund when company goes out of business!

Bought a voucher from Dealfind for spa services. Spa went out of business. Emailed Dealfind for a refund. They wrote back and said no and that I could use my voucher's face value at another spa ($29). Voucher was for a manicure, pedicure and massage. Face value will not even cover a manicure at the new spa.

Wrote back again and told them this and they will not respond!

Capital Cleaning

I purchased a voucher from DealFind for Capital Cleaning in Ottawa.
I had to clean after this couple who made me lose my time off work and showed up the next day and complained that they don't clean inside of fridge or microwave. they did such a messy job that I had to clean after they left.

Customer Service (Lack of)

Dealfind Fusion Razors

Dealfind foes NOT live up to customer service. My opinion they are selling counterfeit goods, hence their lack of response and the number of complaints.

Recently, Dealfind offered 16 Gillete Fusion Razors for $39.00....thought Dealfind was a reputable online presence so I placed three orders:

(Placing my order # so Dealfind and the public know that this is a real situation, not made up)

Waited, no product. Made in excess of 50 calls to their distributor and most times got the answer "Mailbox Full on this Magic Jack Customer".

Left messages with Dealfind and finally one of the shipments arrived. The razors although in Gillete packaging, had the same sharpness of a dull butter knife. Have used Fusion blades for years, these certainly don't shave like them. Package was shipped from Hong Kong and the language on the alleged Fusion Packaging was in German. The green strip was bumpy, blades dull....have no idea what I am shaving with and what is in the green strip.

Called Procter and Gamble after three further emails to Dealfind with no response. Procter and Gamble have no record of either Dealfind or the third person seller (Razor.com) being one of their bonafide distributors. Like the adage goes if it appears to be too good....probably is. Moral of the story is even when you think the company selling the product is honorable and ethical (in this case Dealfind).....do your homework and be careful......I have emailed them and left a message....unlike their customer service promise....no reply as of yet.

Knock-off Razor Blades

Purchased what were supposed to be Gillette Sensor razor blades. Ordered two orders, only received one order. Was charged for both. The ones received cut my son's and my skin. They are knock-offs. E-mailed three times in the past week to get a refund and have not had a reply. There is no phone number you can call. I will never buy from Dealfind again. I am out $80.00 and am very upset.

ipad leather case and bluetooth keyboard

I placed an order over 2 months ago for the bluetooth keyboard case stating that it would ship in 4 to 6 weeks. I started emailing at 8 weeks and after several emails received a weak response that the vendor was overwhelmed, they would check in and get back to me. I have not heard anything, and yes, you cannot call these people, only use the web. I have filed an investigation with Visa. As others have said, this company is a scam in my opinion. Any company that will not even take phone calls has a problem. Yes, stay away from this outfit, and I too will be placing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau!

I placed an order for two remote control helicopters for Xmas. The order was placed on Nov. 3rd. Since then I have repeaterdly E-Mailed Dealfind to find out the status of my order. Out of approx. 8 E-Mails I received 2 replies stating "We will get back to you within 2 business days regarding your order". Believe me they never get back to you. I have told them in my E-Mail its imperative I receive my order before Xmas. They continue not to respond to my E-Mails. Its now Dec. 17th and I still havn't received any responses. Unfortunately the only way one can communicate with Dealfind is through E-Mail. If Dealfind decides not to reply (as in my case) there is nothing you can do. You are at their mercy and it appears they just don't care about their customers or how they treat their customers.
If I was the President of this company for sure heads would be rolling. Dealfind's business is built on service. Without service this company has no value.
I WILL NEVER USE DEALFIND AGAIN.

Customer Service

Customer service is terrible. It's all by email, you get an automatic response telling you that someone will look into this matter and get back to you in 1 or 2 business days. It took more than 1 week for a reply. I replied back with what I wanted done with the refund more than 1 week ago and to date have not heard back. Terrible customer service, will never purchase anything from dealfind again!

Ring - Lacking quality

I've received my ring that I've ordered on Dealfind for $30. So I assumed the quality is what the photo and description tells me. But no, after receiving this product over a month later, it came, was not the same blue diamonds I requested, but black, and the diamonds are dull and ugly and does not fit the ring. The ring has scratch marks on it,and the band is lacking quality. I'm very dissatisfied, since I wanted to give this as a gift, but now will hold back. Cause I won't even wear it. A ring I purchased from Aldo Accessories has better quality.

poor communication and service

I was not pleased with the undisclosed restrictions applied to a Dealfind purchase made at time of booking with A1 Superior Home Cleaning and let Dealfind know this (Sept '12) but never heard back from them. Dealfind, it turn cancelled my 2 vouchers (1 a gift) 2 weeks prior to my bookings for the cleaning and did not notify me of this. I found out my vouchers were cancelled by A1 Superior cleaning at the time that their staff had not shown for the scheduled cleanings ( 2 weeks before Christmas!!). I was required to contact Dealfind again and inform them of what had happened. The day after the incident, in one email, Dealfind gave me two options: Dealfind dollars or refund. Exactly two minutes later, I receive a second email saying that because I had not responded to the previous email, they were required to cancel my vouchers. Their software server will give them the time lines to which I find their communication more then inadequate and disputable to what I was told by A1 Superior Cleaning. I now have, voided vouchers for which I have paid and yet to receive a refund. There was much more I could have done on December 12 then wait around for a cleaning service to show. My house still required cleaning and thanks to Dealfind, more on my plate to deal with.

products never received, no response from dealfind!

I have two dealfind orders that were never received. I was originally offered a refund by dealfind, and then two weeks later, instead of issuing the refund as promised, they emailed me to say that the product would be shipped. I emailed them back and said that I no longer wanted the product and asked that they honor the refund as promised, and despite the fact that I have emailed them SEVERAL times, they do not reply. They do not post their phone number for customers to contact them with issues, but I have recently learned that it is (416) 631-6368 for those of you who are as sick and tired as I am of waiting to be emailed by someone at this scamming business. Here are copies of the conversation so you can see for yourself what their idea of "customer service" is before you decide for yourself whether or not to do business with these scam artists:


As you continue to ignore my repeated requests to be contacted to resolve this issue, I am going to report dealfind to the better business bureau. I will also let all my contacts on facebook, many of whom I personally referred to dealfind, know about the lack of customer service. It is already my understanding that some of my contacts have had similar experiences with this company and will be contacting the better business bureau as well.

re: Poor communication and service

After continued ignorance from Dealfind, I finally contacted a columnist from the Toronto Star who is also featured in the Hamilton Spectator and made Dealfind aware of this; I cc'd my final email. The columnist did look into the situation for me. It has not been confirmed, but my instincts tell me that this venue is the reason why Dealfind has finally given me my full refund. In addition to the refund, Dealfind has removed my email address from their "deals" circulation list and I no longer receive their online daily deals. This proves that dealfind is not to be trusted nor is it a reputable business to us consumers. I will continue to share my experiences with Dealfind as a warning to others, especially as evidenced and referenced in this website.

will NOT RESPOND

DEAL FIND IS TERRIBLE. They are the only such company with no telephone contact. I have been trying to get a refund and have contacted them THREE times by email and they have only responded ONCE saying they will get back to me but they have not.

By the terms of the their website, I am entitled to a refund within 30 days of the activation of the deal. I contacted them shortly after activation, but time is not running out.

I will NEVER do business with dealfind again and I recommend that no one else does. Use the other companies (groupon, living social etc.) as they actually care about their customers and provide contact information for any issues.

STAY AWAY FROM DEALFIND!!!

Did not receive product, useless customer service

On Dec 11th I purchased online through dealfind a tablet (http://dealfind.com/products/toronto/pantalla-tablet-android-src000032?a=7ae27b99c460) The ad said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
I waited until January 13th and I wrote to dealfind to inquire on the product. I received a response from a dealfind representative (sarah-rose) who advised they had have contacted the merchant to inquire about the status of your order and to allow 2 business days for the merchant to get back to us.

I have followed up with Sarah-Rose now multiple times and have not received any response,
