I can see that I have made an error making a purchase with Dealfind. Unlike any return or problems I have had with Groupon or LivingSocial, Dealfind is not concerned with making the customer satisfied. Dealfind is giving me a real runaround about canceling and refunding my purchase which is not available from stock as stated when I placed the order, they now say to be patient that it will take 4 to 6 weeks. This is a gift which clearly won't make it in time for the holiday.

**Update**
After my 5th phone call to Dealfind.com, I can now confirm that a refund has finally been processed, and has been refunded faster than the anticipated 10 days to go through. I'm happy that this has been resolved, but disappointed that it took 5 phone calls to achieve this. Each time I called, I was told I would be sent an email in which I would have to confirm the last four digits of my credit card number. The email never came, and finally, after refusing to speak to anyone but a supervisor on my last call, had the refund processed without having to wait for the said email.
Even though this has been resolved, I would not recommend Dealfind. I took another look at today's deals before posting, and see that the companies they are dealing with now look just as unreputable as the KM Toys. The customer service reps were nice enough, but the professionalism of the company itself is enough that I would never use their service again.

Dealfind has got to be the shadiest of all the companies in this sales genre. I have had the same problems with KMtoys and their substitute Widgetlove.com. They don't answer their phone and their email contact doesn't work. The public in general should band together and shut down Dealfind.

In the beginning I thought I was the only one having problem getting a refund from Dealfind. After reading all the complaints, there is TRULY a BIG PROBLEM with the company and customer services. I'm actually starting to think there is some kind of SCAM going on with this company. I requested for refunds 4 weeks ago and already made 4 phone calls each week STILL WAITING for a refund that they claimed they are working on. Their customer services is very difficult to get through, I always have to be on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered the phone. Every time I called they just gave me the SAME answer that they are processing my request and should get my refund shortly with email which until now nothing came around. After this incident, I will NEVER make purchase from this company again !!! I will tell the people around me about the bad image of this company and NOT TO TRUST this company. Groupon and Livingdeal are the better companies where can be trusted, we get our requests and refunds INSTANTLY without hassels and without lies. SO EVERYONE.....STAY AWAY FROM DEALFIND..OR YOU'LL REGRET IT !!!

Refund
I had bought a Deal for massage from Tranquil Mobile Spa quite a while ago from Dealfind and apparently she had overbooked herself with so many clients so she could not handle it. I have been trying to call the company for my massage but as usual no calls just email she always gives dates 2 or 3 months away. So finally I wrote to her to say when I return from my holiday hopefully you will have time. When I came back same issue , 2 to 3 months wait. So |I wrote to Dealfind to refund my money and as I had contacted the Tranquil Spa before30 days I have told Dealfind to refund my money in my account. I wrote them 3 times as they suggested on their answering machine. But have not heard from them. The 3 times I wrote to them I instantly get an email to say they will contact me in 3 to 4 days. Have not heard from them. They used to have staff to answer now they do not even have that and if the company is saying as above to call them at these numbers 1 8555 631 6368 or 1 888 320 6368 they are liars there is only answering machine saying to go to Dealfind.com scroll down and contact us and our staff will get hold of you in 3 to 4 days. I think they are going down and have very few staff to operate. I think the consumers should not buy anything from them because they will loose their money once they close down. I think the Government should look into such companies. Atleast we would know if they are SCAM

Taxes and gratuity???
I got a deal through dealfind.com and when I called to book the service, which I paid $29, they charged me $26 for taxes and gratuity.
When I questioned about it he said said on the voucher, which is not true and that he had to pay taxes over the amount that the service is worth it, not how much we paid. Another BS!!!
We only pay taxes on money we collect.I own' a business and if I give a discount to a customer, I don't have to collect taxes on the amount he didn't have to pay... BS!!
Celebrity Private coach of Atlanta no good!!!! Requiring to pay gratuity over the phone, before I get the service??? Really????
ANd Dealfind phone is only a message for us to fill a form online and they answer within 4 frigging days???? Really!?!?!? what customer service is this????/

Deal Find voucher not valid
I have tried and tried to get in touch with Dealfind to submit a refund request. I have left messages on personal mailboxes and sent in written request.
I bought a Voucher for $265.00 for V.I.P. Auto Detailing that cost me $49.00. I have tried several times to get ahold of this company to schedule an appointment and the phone number posted just says please leave a message and then it says mailbox is full and won't let you leave a message. This is the second thing that I have gotten from Dealfind that went wrong.
I want a refund and want someone to contact me regarding this issue. My Voucher is 5471-3264. I will not be using DealFind again and will absolutely make this complaint very public if someone does not call me back or email me. I see that there are a lot of complaints about this company!

DEAL FIND IS A SCAM
I also bought a car detail package, and when I phone the car company to get it done, the number no longer existed.I tried to get a hold of dealfind, only to find out there is no number and they do NOT respond to any email requests. With all the posts, I am debating on contacting CTV news and blasting these jerks off the net. What a scam I feel so ripped off. Anyone who is even considering buying off deal find, its a SCAM. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE.

Do they have a Customer Rep??
I also bought a car detailing package which no longer exist. They sold over 2000+ vouchers so it took a long time to get an appointment. As of now the company and their phone number no longer exist. I tried to call dealfind to inquire about the voucher but they are no longer accepting calls. Instead they are directing people to email them instead. I sent an email and got an automatic response that it will take 4-5 business days to get an answer. It has surpass the 4-5 business day and I still haven't gotten a response! They have officially lost a customer. In a few days if I still haven't heard from them I might call the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint!

Dealfind is a scam
OMG, Please pass the word around that Dealfind is a scam, a total scam.

JJ carpet cleaning service - oh my gosh, i tried calling them 10 times a day for the entire week and THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!
I emailed (obviously calling them won't work, the auto message will tell you to email them) Dealfind wanting my refund, and they replied back saying i have to call the merchant which is JJ Carpet, I replied back to them saying "are you kidding me, didn't you read my note??? I told you I tried calling them numerous times but they never reply to me!!! why don't U try calling them??? Just give me refund asap".... and guess what? Dealfind replied again saying the same thing "please call the merchant"..... WTF ???? ok they need to be arrested by the police, for scamming people like this, its insane. WE poor people don't have money, that's why we are relying on you deal finder site to purchase good deals, yet this is what you're giving to us? a big fat LIE and SCAM and taking away our hard earn money???
I'm definitely reporting them to the police.
Please do not trust Dealfind.

Dealfind for Danbee Spa
I bought two vouchers, it was a dealfind for a no chip mani/pedi for 24 dollars, I wasted my time and money driving to Danbee after I made an appointment a week before on my day off, no less, only to be told that it was a misprint and they could not honor my voucher!! They said I had to pay more money or get a refund from dealfind!! No the real truth is that they sold too many and were too cheap to honor something they committed to!! The voucher says 24 dollars (75 dollar value) which would be for a no chip mani/pedi! The woman in Danbee told me she could only give me a regular manicure! I could of went to my normal place if I wanted that and not of wasted time buying a stupid voucher!! Now dealfind already took the money out from my account and I have to wait 4-5 business days before I even get a response! It is really unfair! I will never purchase another dealfind or groupon, I don't care how good the deal, they are all scams!!!

I honestly think the Dealfind is close to going under. They no longer answer their phones - they send everyone to the website to make a written request. Having worked for online companies, I suspect this means they're no longer renting an office and paying staff and have sent a couple people home with laptops to deal with emails.
I sent a refund request that was supposed to take 1-2 business days to answer and ended up taking a week. They told me they could only to "Dealfind Dollars" because that's their policy if a company goes under. That's ridiculous! That gives them motivation to use shady companies that will likely fold so they can just keep your money.
Just so everyone knows, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and won. That's what you should do if you're unhappy with a Dealfind "deal."
The other thing everyone needs to know is don't buy from Dealfind! I've used the other daily deal companies with no issues, but Dealfind is one to avoid.

DealFind's unreliable merchant
I bought many vouchers from DealFind during previous year. Only one or two vouchers worked well at the beginning. However, the rest of the vouchers are no good at all (car wash, house cleaning). I tried many times to contact DealFind regarding this issue. I would like to get a refund instead of credit.

I want a refund-company won't give me my product!!!
I am so fed up with DealFind! I want a refund and I am not stopping until they refund the money. I have been trying every way to call and it just leads me to emailing them which gets me nowhere. They don't respond. I purchased 7 canvas prints last November 2011. It cost me $245 at $35/each voucher. I wasn't in a hurry to print my canvases that I purchased because the vouchers say "NO EXPIRATION DATE". So when I finally decide that I wanted to print one of the canvases up, I had to email the company the info to get my picture. The company Personal Canvas Art doesn't even have a website to download a picture you want to change to canvas. You have to email them the picture. So I did....and no response. Then we emailed again. Finally we weren't sure if they ever received any email so we called and their rude customer service said, "sorry you can't redeem these here they are expired and to call DealFind to get your money back". I told them that it said no expiration date and they said Deal find made an error and we can't help you. So I emailed Deal find because you can't talk to anyone live. NO RESPONSE!!! They were quick to take my money for $245. Sorry but not giving up. Someone better respond to me. No more runarounds. That's a lot of money to me and they should be in trouble for taking people's money and not delivering. Why is it they don't have customer service reps to call??? Doesn't sound good. I also have been a merchant with dealfind and I would never treat my customers this way. Nore will I ever do another deal with them, if this is how they treat the public. I will take them to court if this isn't handled soon!!! Better business bureau too if that is what it takes to get a response!! Companies can't scam people this way!!! -Seneca

No response, no product, no voucher....
I placed 2 separate orders with dealfind in September 2012, when I did not receive my purchase by November I began trying to get in touch with them. I was unable to find a phone number that worked so I attempted to reach them through the forms on the website. In total I sent between 5-7 messages to dealfind, each time I received a generated email letting me know that they had recieved my message and someone would be in touch. No one ever got in touch with me. It is now January 2013, I still have not received my purchase or a response from them, I ended up contacting the credit card that I paid with and cancelled the payment.... Dealfind has NO customer service, they are not concerned with the consumer at all. I am very disappointed and will not be making any purchass with dealfind EVER AGAIN!

I purchased a dealfind for Red Panda for a Manicure and Pedicure inSeptember 2011. I tried calling from the day I purchased the dealfind but could never get anyone live so I have left no less than 20 messages but no one is calling me back. I managed to get someone live yesterday and I was told that Red Panda changed their name and is now under new management and they cannot honour my voucher which is valid for indefinitely. I sent an email to dealfind but have not heard back from them. I have made purchases with numerous other websites with you problem but dealfind seems to have a lot of problems honouring what they are selling. Can you please help. Thanks.

Deal find isn't accepted
I bought a deal find 2 years ago for Hypnotic Spa. There was no expiry date on it and it was impossible to get it but because there wasn't an expiry I wasn't too concerned. Turns out Dealfind oversold and the spa will no longer take vouchers. I contacted Dealfind and they refuse to reimburse me because it's been over a year. I would like to be contacted about this. Dealfind not accepted
I bought 2 dealfinds almost 2 years ago for Hypnotic Spa. Deal find oversold on behalf of the company and they are no longer accepting them even though there was no expiry. It was impossible to get in, I regularly tried making appointments and was told "try next month". I contacted dealfind for a refund and they won't after a year even though it was their error. I have tried contacting them further with no response. Please contact me regarding this issue.

Unable to use voucher but NO REFUND
I purchased a $39 voucher for Heal N Feel Massage. The business does not reside at the address given and does not answer the phone number given. The company is supposedly 1294695 Alberta Inc. which is on the government list to be stricken from the corporate registry. I have contacted Dealfind repeatedly by email when it became apparent that this business either could not or would not provide the service. The only responses that I have gotten back were a "form email" advising me to look at their refund policy. Dealfind is clearly not doing anything to assist it's paying customers and keeping the money and not providing the contracted services is FRAUD. By the way I tried their customer service phone number--yep you guessed it--it has been disconnected.
