The program does not work

I bought a program that was supposes to help me fix some files on my computer. They promised a %100 guaranty that it works. However, it did not. They also promised a refund in such a case. I tried to contact them, but since they do not have a phone number, I could only send in an e-mail. One month passed and I still did not receive a reply.
