Cutting Edge Grass Seed awful customer service
I saw a commercial and ordered Cutting Edge Grass Seed. The delivery arrived later than promised. I followed their instructions, spread the seed and watered it as directed. It looked like I needed more seed, so I went to the Cutting Edge Grass Seed website to discover that they do not ship to Florida, Georgia, etc. So they sold me seed not acclimated to my area. I called the company three times during a moth and each time they promised to give me a refund within 10 days. NOTHING! I regret I had fallen for the ad.
