Cudo are pretty damn ordinary- no contact number, extremely lengthy wait for any sort of dismal reply and no satisfaction.
I'm in similar situation having bought/ ordered a necklace as Christmas gift back in beginning Oct and am still waiting for it to arrive ( voucher says max time 8 weeks to arrive and we are passed that!! ). Tried to ring company who make the jewellery, they aren't answering.
I don't want the necklace if its not here by the end of this week- I bought it for my niece.
I really appreciate finding this site and number- I'll be ringing it first thing. HUGE THANKS! Hope Cudo answer and sort this out asap. Doubt I'd use Cudo again after my other poor response and time frame. Seems that Cudo is pretty dodgy to me !

Same problem here. Trying to get a refund for a meal voucher in Brisbane because the company, Liquid, refused to offer entrees, which were a part of the deal, on the night. Emailed Cudo many times and no response.

Will never buy from them again.

I puchased 3 smoothing bras from Cudo (Merchant: Shoptoit.com.au) in October 2011 for a xmas present, to date, I am still waiting for delivery. I have sent several emails to cudo and have had no response. I even tried the merchant to no avial. No phones nos. for anybody. I am so angry at the moment. I will never purchase from Cudo again. I am now going to contact Paypal to see if I can get my payment reversed.

Thanks for the telephone number Sarah! I am also in a similar predicament as the rest of you. I purchased 2 vouchers from Cudo for a mani and pedi. Well the service I received was awful. I did complain to the salon but have heard nothing back from them. I still have another voucher for the same salon but would prefer a refund than get more of the same bad service so I will try and contact Cudo and see what they have to say. Isn't Cudo part of Channel 9?

i won't be using them again...and will be telling any one who listens not to either!
i am still wainting for earrings, x 2, to arrive. they were supposed to be here before christmas. i see today there is a posted message on their questions page re., these earrings, saying they are having trouble with their supplier. i notice these same earrings were recently offered on another group buying website...it seems to me that more earrings were sold than actually exist.
are these sites answerable to any government department? shonky to say the least!
it is certainly buyer beware in this case!

I am still waiting for my tooth whitenig kit, money taken out Jan.21st but still nothing received. Not happy Jan. Amazingly enough I ordered yarn from Turkey and it arrived 4 days later so why the delay on goods posted within Australia? Ruth

Thanks a mil Sarah. Thanks for the telephone number as I was able to raise CUDO and lodged my complaint. Lets see if they get active. If it wasn't for your posting the telephone number sarah; I would have still been looiking for it and wasted another three years of my life.

Thanks Sarah for the phone number - it is TOTALLY ridiculous it's not on website. I just rang and they are processing a refund for me, after I took half day off to get "pampered" with a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial - bowled up and CLOSED!!! I'm unhappy that CUDO did not inform me of this and I wasted my time and money for NOTHING!!!

Wow- amazing to see so many people unhappy with CUDO, I've only used it a couple of times and was happy, until now waiting over a month for a sip and take, same as Mel, it's on our credit card history, but no email or invoice, or on my purchase history.
I was just looking for a phone number thinking this is terrible- making it so hard to actually speak to a human!!! when I came across all these comments just trying to find a phone number, so thank you Sarah, you've obviously helped a mountain of people.
No so called '"business"" should be allowed to operate over the internet without a contact number for people genuinely needing to track down their purchases, after all it's our hard earned money they are taking without even reassuring you as to what's going on!!
I think I'll be heading to the shops from now on, so once I've handed over the cash I have my product in my hand!!!
All that glitters is not always gold...

I have ordered a coffee machine from CUDO and despite many emails i still have not received it from 8 weeks ago, and they keep promising it is on its way, but i have not seen any product yet. DONT ORDER FROM CUDO - I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND MISLEADING ABOUT PURCHASES.

No supply of good from Cudo

I ordered a set of 3 bras from Cudo (Ezideals)back in September & waited for delivery but it didnt come. I contacted Cudo & they informed me they had to give the merchant time to rectify the situation & I would hear from them shortly but nothing came. I contacted them again & was informed that my purchase had been dispatched & I should receive it shortly,after another 2 weeks no parcel so I contacted them again. This time they tell me that the size I have ordered was popular & they were having trouble supplying them but I should get my order in the next 2 weeks. I have asked for a refund but so far no reply. I would never buy from them again they are happy to take your money but dont give anything in return.

River Gallery Inn Accommodation

We booked a two night accommodation package from Cudo for River Gallery Inn in Echuca for 11th & 12th February 2014. At the time of the booking and paying we also sent an email requesting the room please be clean, as this was our main concern. When we arrived to check in, we walked into the premises through their bar from the street. First thing we noticed was leaves and dirt blown in from the street and the floors were dirty. We went to back of bar where reception was. The owner was booking in another couple. When our turn came he abruptly asked what he could do for us without first introducing himself. The first thing we asked was if it was o.k. to park our car at the front. That's when it started! He scolded my wife and basically said "chill out and wait till I tell you everything first ... if i leave any thing out you can ask then". We were shocked and felt like little kids being told off! The surrounding areas looked untidy and uninviting. He took us upstairs to our room which looked nothing like the photo on their website. It was the Italian spa room. He gave us a quick rundown and then left the room. We were shocked at the state of the room and we list below all that we noticed:

Carpet was worn and dirty, floors were very squeaky , curtains dirty, considerable hair and body fluids on sheeting, bedhead stained, bathroom very tired and basic, kettle and coffee making items stored in bathroom cupboard (unhygienic), marked and scuffed dull walls.

The room is advertised as having a balcony... Need to exit room, go down the hall to an outside shared balcony which was grotty and felt unused. If a room is advertised as having a balcony you would expect to access that balcony from your room. Words can not fully depict the state of the place. We were that stunned that we did not think of taking any photos till he was back in the room with us. We voiced all our concerns to him and told him it was unacceptable. He agreed that the bed linen was dirty and he would change it for us but felt that everything else was fine. He offered us another room which was downstairs and outside next to a courtyard( It was the Paddle Steamer room which is a completely different room to what we wanted.) The room was pokey and had a completely different feel to it. He was annoyed we did not like it and wanted to show us another themed room. At this point we had had enough and politely tried to persuade him to give us a refund. He refused outright. Again we said we would like our money back at which he told us to go for a walk and come back in 10 minutes so he can call Cudo. When we got back he said "sorry you are not getting your money back". We asked him who he called (as we suspected he did not call Cudo at all), and he said he called his wife who was in Melbourne and she said no way.

We did not want this to get ugly so we told him we will take it further then we left.

In conclusion, we felt belittled by Martin and felt the establishment was grossly overstated... especially the rooms as Luxury accommodation. The photos of all the rooms on the website must be years old! The photo of the room online looks bright, fresh, and luxurious. The room we saw was completely opposite. People should not be bullied into having to stay in fear of losing their money. All we were looking for was a few days away in accommodation which was true to its depiction. We appreciate the age of this building but old does not mean unkept and run down.

We hope we have given you a clear picture of what we have encountered. We request your quick response to this complaint as we are anxious to get our $399 back as we had to spend more money (which we could not afford) to stay elsewhere. Our time away was spoilt by this event. We will not let this go until our money is refunded.

Whoever deals with this complaint, please ask yourself if this was you would you expect your money back too.
