Delayed delivery

Same here. I havent received an item purchased in January either, No phone number to call CUDO and after several emails they say I cannot have a refund because its on its way! That was 6 weeks ago and after several emails I havent got a refund or my product. I wont be buying through CUDO again!

Delayed delivery

Cudo should have made sure that its suppliers have sufficient stock on hand before advertising their offers. I have been waiting for a product that I ordered in January for 12 WEEKS and I still haven't got it. It is so frustrating as there is no phone number for me to call and all I got back from Cudo via email is that the product will arrive in a couple of days (same excuses each time!!). I noticed also that last week Cudo had a notice on their website saying that the product will be delivered no later than 13 April but today the notice is showing that the product will be delivered no later than 20 April!! Lies I tell you!! I am never going to buy from Cudo again.

Cudo

We have ordered and paid for 4 items from cudo and have not received any of our purchases have emailed cudo only with the response we will get back to you in 2 ,3 days about your complainton a no reply email! Only to hear nothing. We ordered steam mop, tablet, jewellery and meal vouchers. When we went to book the meal with vouchers we redeemed from the website the phone just rang out. when we googled Chapters Restaurant to make further reservations the wrong number was listed to book! We have spent over $ 400.00 dollars on products we have not recieved.How can a company rip innocent people off and still be allowed to continue to sell items ?

not recived the product

Very poor service. Have purchased a camera worth about $300. No contact number, Wouldnt respond for e mail ?. Got one response about a month back taht the poduct will be here 2 weeks back. No e mails or product. It is my hard earned money. Cant belive how can companies rip off people .......
I will never use this site again.. Beware.....

refund of money for services

I have asked for my money to be refunded regarding th enon-surgical facelift offer at Bondi and nothing has happened yet.
the voucher number is 1001428915

Also can you please give me the phone number for the cleaners who offered 3 services for $135 which i paid. The last i heard they were not able to service my home - despite making arrangements to do so. I think i will just take the refund of $135 and i won't use Cudo again if i get no satisfaction from this email.

if you don't respond then you have in fact taken money from me that I could put to better use at this timne

Voucher not honoured and no refund

I purchased a voucher with an expiry date of July 2012. The offer was for a "try dive" for scuba diver beginners. After a period of illness across summer I tried to make a booking in March. There was only one available date on the company's website. I emailed the company several times in March to find details of subsequent booking dates but never received a reply. I contacted Cudo to explain the situation - the voucher was still 4 months till expiry and I was unable to get any communication from the company and there were no dates offered on the website. Cudo simply told me this was part of the "subject to availability" clause in their terms and conditions. I would understand if I had tried to make a booking a week before the voucher expired but this was 4 months before! If the company knew they were not going to offer any opportunities they should not have stated such a long expiry date. No refund or credit given by Cudo. Cudo also took a long time to reply to emails and have no phone contact details. So Cudo keeps my money and hides behind the terms and conditions - what an easy way to scam money. Allow more vouchers to be purchased than actual availability then refuse a refund because it's in the terms and conditions. I would not use Cudo again.

Bad Service

I purchased linen on the 15/12/12 and inadvertently selected the incorrect size. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I emailed Cudo's customer service to request a size change. I received an email on the 20/12/123 advising it would take 3 - 4 working days beofore they had confirmation from the supplier regarding the change. I had to follow the email up as I hadn't heard back to then receive a reply on the 3/1/13 to be advised no change could be made and no refund would be offered. Cudo is not interested in customer service and the blantent laziness on their part to not bother following anything up or offer any alternative shows obvious disinterest to their customers. I would strongly suggest any company wanting to take part in selling their goods/services on this site to consider carefully as Cudo's lack of service and ethic will smear any good repretation any business may have on their on accord. I would NEVER use this site again no matter how good the deal is!!!!!

late delivery

I know things happen but all I want to do is tell them not to deliver between certain dates as I will not be available to accept the item. When it was advertised the dates where completely acceptable to me. With the blow out it is a problem , It is like pulling teeth to get any answers. When I send emails they come back with their standard reply plus a new delivery date within the period that I am asking for it not to be delivered. I suppose that will also blow out. Items not received

I have bought and paid or items and not recieved them. It was meant to be delivered last week but nothing as yet. Looking at other complaints this seems to be a common one. If it has not arrived this week, I will certainly be taking this further as taking money and not delivering is theft in my eyes.

Non-delivery of goods

I ordered 2 pair of travel compression socks towards the end of April. I was told that they would be delivered between 20th May and 27th May. As yet they have not been delivered and I am wanting them as I am travelling overseas on 24thJune. Could you please advise me of the whereabouts of my order.

purchased supposedly a magic memory foam mattress topper

I purchased what was supposed to be a magic memory foam mattress topper via Cudo from quiltsdirect.com What I got was a piece of Kingsized egg crate foam. What a waste of money. When I tried to get on the quilts direct website my antivirus detected a trojan virus. I have been ripped off. Not happy Jan :(
