Awful company
Terry/Twitt & Kevin007 really have a grudge against CCWW . The physics of the process is sound -- it is Boyle's Law of gas densities. The process ALWAYS works if one condition exists - - less moisture gets into the unit than can escape thru the vents. If more moisture gets IN than can get OUT the unit will NEVER dry. If the source of the moisture can be found and stopped then the process will work. Wood sashes are notorious for collecting water if they are not painted and glazed correctly while vinyl sashes are often made without the required drain holes needed to keep the bottom sash dry. FYI ...The original patent was given to a Canadian... not a Yank. The process works most of the time, saves money and is good for the environment.

ooooh window guy 49 seems to know all about this system perhaps hes a franchise owner or bought into ccww in some way.Your 3 years too late mate the canadian as you stated has spilt the beans on the internet.Also you should state once you drill a dgu it is no longer a sealed unit and is only functioning as secondary glazing from the dark ages of past glazing years.Why not face facts change the failed dgu and clear up all problems 1st hit!!! no revisits, no heal time, no customer wasting phone bills and days off work, no deisel being wasted on return visits to replece the drilled out dgu.Get the fog outa this site!! defogger system dont work sorry to burst your bubble im just protecting the public from the likes of gerry lol

We used this company ,And never again the system they used never worked for us ,They cracked the frames,We tried to get them back but never returned are calls.We ended up replacing the whole window after many quotes from other company's,We reported the matter to Trading Standards and Fair trading.

I'm sure you are right about the window guy,Reading between the lines of the comments from the window guy.It does say ( The process works most of the time), How strange !!!!! This company tried twice but never worked and they never came back after cracking are frames
