False Credit Reporting

Hi I'm K.B Jr. I'm on here to make a complaint on the company and its employee's especially one of the agents name Christina this agent has the worst attitude tonight with me and my parents she hung up in ours faces, and really didn't care to help us with our problem. Also when she was asked to transfer us to a supervisor she hung up. This company has wrongfully placed my account on my father's credit report and when we asked Ms. Christine to help us her attitude was extremely stank.

New kitchen

Since the refitting of our new kitchen by Premier kitchens, we have received disgusting service and goods provided have not been fit for purpose. The company have not taken any of our compliant seriously and basically when we try to speak with them , they try to avoid us as. We paid £12,400 for a new kitchen with this company and they wanted all the monies up front and would not allow any form ofretention until works were completed. We have suffered tremendous distress and inconveience at their hands. Please find attached emails I have sent to Premier Kitchens in respect of some of the disasters and disrespect they have caused to my family and our home. Premier kitchens have also not complied with the electrics that they have wired up in the kithen, therefore it does not meet with the required regulations which is a danger to my family. The problems are still outstanding , since they commenced on 5 September 2011.

I have many more emails in respect of the complaint , which many have never been answered by premier, please can you resolve this matter for us as it has been the most stressful situation we have lived through with any company and is still ongoning. We want compensation for the damage they have caused and distress and inconveniece . I have sent them many letters as instructed by trading standards and they ignore them .

I would like to log a complaint in respect of the distress and inconveience we have experienced with your company Premier installing our kitchen at 9 Bacon Hill , Olney September 2011.

I have left you a message today at 4.30pm stating that I am still without a Kitchen sink this now being the second week. Since I have returned home tonight I have found my home in a complete mess by your workmen.

Please see the following chain of events we have had to deal with.

1) The kitchen was taken out on the 5 September 2011 by Premier
2) The wall was knocked down in the kitchen on 6 September 2011 and my kitchen floor was left in an appalling condition by your workmen
3)your builders returned on 7 September 2011 to clean the plaster that had been left all over my kitchen floor and to make good of the plaster work that had done the previous day.
4) We were left until the Saturday 10 Septemeber 2011 with no works being carried out at all
5)Darren/fitter came at the weekend Saturday and Sunday from 8.00am to commence the installation of the kitchen units only
6)The wrong sink had been delivered and Darren noticed this on the sunday
7)We were told on the 12 September 2011 by Darren that all appliances and the sink would be completed on the 13 September 2011
8)13 September 2011 , still no sink , the plumber that has been today has left our house in an appalling mess.

I have returned from work tonight at 7.00pm to find that my bathroom floor is covered in sawdust , together with a heavy wooden box i have on my landing left on top of my bathroom tiles which are now damaged being the tiles are a painted porcelin surface on them. My landing carpet and stairs are covered in sawdust, my bannisters are covered in sawdust, all my coats are thrown onto my living room chair and left there for us to put back.

The french doors leading off from the kitchen were left unlocked and the house left completely unsecured. Anyone could have broken into my house. All the lights were left on in my kitchen which are spot lights are expensive to run.

I have still not been advised when i will be receiving my sink i have paid for, or when my kitchen will be tiled. The pelmet lights are not working over the range , the washing machine door is not fixed and knocks when I use it.(magnetic catch missing) Spotlight has been left hanging from the ceiling, double light switch has been left live hanging out of our wall , very dangerous especially with two children living in the house.

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with the abuse of my home and want this rectified immediatley.

I have been as patient as I can , however i am now very upset and want a considerable amount of compensation for the way me and my family have suffered and my home dis respected.

I have paid £12,400 for this kitchen and service and it is totally unacceptable.

When you receive this email , please can you contact Mr Curzon to discuss.

We are now week 5 - Please can you explain to me as to why you or your team have not responded to me in respect of the dishwasher which has never worked since delivered and installed by your workman weeks ago.

Since the day the dishwasher was delivered and installed by your team it has never worked due to the bad workmanship of your team, this should not be us waiting weeks for a dishwasher that i have paid you for , this should have been working straight away.

I am so disgusted with your company , how would you like to pay for something that does not work and just left without any replacement or any knowledge as to what is being done about it.?

You have taken my money for something that is useless and does not work together with all the other issues of my complaint which you have chosen to ignore , its a disgrace.

I want a replacement for my dishwasher this week or i want my money back.

INEPT COMPANY

This company ( CPA ) has been harassing me for the past 12 months with lettes threatening to report an innacurate ballance owed to COmcast. I hav spoken with several people at comcast from general reps, to managers to the collections dept and everyone tells me I owe nothing. In fact Comcast recently sent me a refund because I overpaid at some time in the past.
When I call CPA they say that when they contact Comcast to dispute the ballance they are told I still owe money! Nobody at CPA is willing to tell me who it is they speak with at Comcast nor how they are getting their information. They are completely scamming people and reporting it to their credit report when they don't get payment that isn't valid. I have placed a complaint against the with the BBB and through Experian and nothing has been done since. CPA has reported it on my credit report 3 times in the past 2 weeks and it is severly damaging to my credit. This company has dozens of complaints regarding false debts and they seem to not care on bit. I hope the owner or someone else within the company understands that they have a big problem with how they are treating people and their credit report. When your company has dozens upon dozens of complaints when does it become apparent you are doing something wrong?
