Country Club Cheating

I paid 20000 AED day before yesterday dated 15/04/2016 and after coming back home, I read all these reviews. Within an hour time, I contacted my bank and requested to cancel/hold the credit card payment but by that they have already authorized the payment and they cannot stop it (only the merchant can deny it now). I filled the dispute form with the bank the very next day.

I visited there office the ery next day and also sent an email to the headquarter and abu dhabi email id's. I informed them I want to cancel the membership and I want my amount of AED 20000 to be returned.

I have been shown false promises by Mr. Mubeen and Mr. Sohail. They are changing thr commitments now and not ready to give it in written and I cannot go ahead with the verbal promises. Hence I want to get my membership cancelled and I want refund of AED 20000.00 which I had paid at the time of booking on 15/04/2016.

Someone please help me in getting back my hard earned from these so called cheaters Country Club Abu Dhabi.

Issue Resolved With Country Club & Funds Refunded

The issue is resolved and the amount has been credited back into my account. I don't have any more complaints with Country Club Vacations.
