unethical practices
date: feb.1st 2012 well "colt" still works there and they are putting up quite a fight over the refund i asked for. my next step is to go to the state police. they promised a service that is not valid that is a crime.

charged me $45
They already had my card details when the process stopped and didn't complete. I called them and they said they'll cancel the transaction but these $45 was deducted from my account anyway!! This is a scam!
