Deceptive Sales and credit practices
Did you pay the account off in 18 months? If you did you wouldn't be charged any interest. They probably set it for a payment you were comfortable with like 36 months and then its up to you to pay it off in 18 to not be charged interest.

Lack of Customer Service and Professionalism
I Called about the (Supposed Leather Reclining Sofa & Love Seat combo) Asking what could be Used to Clean This Material because it Has a very foul Smell to it if it Gets wet. They're reply "They Didn't know What I was talking About" I had to call the Manufacturer! Which I Called and Was told that they Discontinued this Model Thur Conn's a while back, so anything being sold was back stock and not covered under warranty. So it's not even Leather!! And it Stinks!!
