timeshare
No one has called about renting our timeshare. Paid condo trader to advertize it for rent in 2010.

MY NAME IS RAGON AND THEY SAID THEY CAN'T RENT OUT A CONDO AFTER I HAVE STAYED THERE BECAUSE IT SMELLS LIKE A DECOMPOSED BODY HAS BEEN STAYING FOR A WEEK. IT HURT ME SO MUCH. THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD STOCK UP ON SPAGETTI=Os WHICH IS MY FAVORITE MEAL. BUT THEY DIDNT. INSTEAD THEY LEFT ME RAWHIDES TO CHEW ON.

timeshare
I fell for the exact same scam myself. But unfortunately it happened to me multiple times. Every time a company would contact me and say they had a buyer, or a convention, and my property was 100% guaranteed to sell, I fell for it time and time again, I spent over $5, 000 trying to sell my timeshare, the whole time I was still paying my maintenance fess on the property as well. Luckily for me I found a company that was able to help me and get my money back. The best thing about them is that they do not charge an upfront fee or any out of pocket expense. They worked for me until I got my money back. Then I paid them. Which is how any business should be run anyway. If you are interested in using there services there toll free number is 1 888-816-9306. Tell them that Samantha sent you!

timeshare
I, too, was duped by CondoTrader. In October 2010 CondoTrader called and asked if I wanted to sell my timeshare. I said "Yes." The rep asked where my conco was located. I told him. The next day he called back and said he'd already sold my timeshare and all I had to do was pay them the listing fee. I'm sorry to say I gave them my credit card number. Then I explored their website. My condo resort had about 12 listings, some for more and some for less than the price I wanted. I both called and wrote within a week, telling them to cancle my listing. They said they had a recorded verbal agreement and didn't have to refund my money. My visa card company said there was nothing they could do about it. I complained to the Florida Dept. of Argiculture & Consumer Services; they just forwarded my complaints to CondoTrader, who then denied it. Today I received a call from Recovery Marketing Solutions; they said CondoTrader has been put out of business for fraud. Yet, CondoTrader still has an active website. And the scam goes on.
