Fed up with the dropped and missed calls and overall lousy service!
I was contacted by Comwave they called to welcome me to Comwave. They said I had switched my long distance lines to them. I never did nor did anyone call to ask me if I wanted the service. They did agree to cancel it immediately and said the sales person shouldn't have opened an account without my consent. Then informed me I had to get my long distance lines back by calling my provider. Until then I wouldn’t be able to make long distance calls. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

A Charger for Early Cancellation Fee
Im yor customer from 2008,the only service I had with you is a long distance to Cuba,never signed a contract and when I did cancell my account You keep send me a charger of $ 45.20 for Early cancellation Fee?? what is this????

Early cancellation Fee
After several phone calls that I made to comwave,no one knows where that charger cames from.I was told they will open a investigation and will call me on 24 hours that never happens,yesterday I call one more time and i was told that they send me some cuppons by email and I never use but was a little contract for one year.First, not body told me nothing about that .I did not sign any contract for those funny cuppons but never use,maybe was sent to my by a value customer from 2008.the true is they want to charge me $45.20 for something that I did not sing,dint use and I did not ask for those cuppons.

Breach of Contract
I had entered into a contract with Comwaive for "unlimited international calling" in June 2012. I have now learnt that calls to Pakistan, the country I call the most would not be a part of the countries included in this facility w.e.f Oct.1,2012. Since this was a contract between two parties, and there were no conditions that I was made aware of, the contract cannot be abrogated without my consent.
Please look into this and ensure that Comwaive lives upto their commitment.Thanks
