I recommend not ever ordering from this website

Very poor customer service- return policy is the worst for an online store. tried calling to make an exchange and was put on hold so long i finally hung up, when I got around to calling again my 30 days to exchange was up and they would not consider an exchange- not a return- an exchange! Don't order from places that charge a restocking fee- there are plenty of sites that don't.

This company is a complete scam that preys on the disabled and elderly!! I returned a product within the time with the authorization number and they're telling me they never received it! I have a postal inspector tracing it. In the meantime, their one-and-only customer support person, Kassi, is calling me a crazy liar. She said I probably still have the socks!

STAY AWAY!!! Rude and indifferent customer service. No product shipping information - am told it was shipped but no tracking number provided. Next phone call I made was told the product is on back order. HORRIBLE return polity. Cancellations not allowed. Lack of service, waste of time

A few weeks after ordering from this company and not receiving my order, I tried to track the track the order with the number they emailed me. It was a bogus number. I called and after a 15 minute wait on hold, spoke with someone who gave me a completely different tracking number, like I was suppose to know this somehow, and told to contact UPS myself. According to the online service my order arrived days ago. I waited another day and contacted the company again explaining that my surgeon had recommended this company and a procedure I need done is on hold waiting for these stockings to arrive. I received a one line comment back with the tracking number. I wrote back asking for someone with the ability to resolve their shipping issues to please contact me. I have not heard back from them. I wish I had seen the above reviews before wasting my time and energy with this company.

CompressionSale.com . NEVER BUY from them . I was told returns are easy ..No refund for a unopened package ? This is a rip off . no savings here. Only credit?with a 25% return fee .NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM..I am a retired person who was taken advantage of

Horrible Customer Service

AVOID COMPRESSIONSALE.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE! Any positive review you read about this company is bought and paid for by them. Anyone who has actually dealt with them would never say anything positive. These guys are liars and crooks, and judging from other reviews, I'm lucky I even got any product in return.
If you purchase and try on a product, they will only accept it back for store credit, no big deal, as this is their policy that I knew beforehand, however when you send in a return, they WILL NOT process it until they feel like it. You will literally be waiting for a month or more to get the products you paid for. Then after they sit on your return for a month or better, they will ignore your emails, tell you something has shipped when in fact it has not, and then to top it all off, they don't send the correct color. After replying back to them regarding the latest screw up, they now simply ignore my emails.
If you want to purchase from a quality company that VALUES your business, go with a site like BrightlifeDirect.com. They will accept any returns, will expedite any order to you whether it's new or an exchange, and just have generally all around good customer service. They sell the same products and you will never wait more than a week to get them, usually less.

Owner made it right

Ended up being contacted by the owner and he made the situation right. Sending me the product that I originally requested and let go of the nasty CS rep I dealt with. Due to this I would consider ordering from them again.

AVOID Compressionsale.com

Avoid this company, they will steal your hard earned money, they will not ship your products that you ordered. You cannot get a refund even if you never receive the order. They will let you exchange, but I cannot exchange for something I never got. I needed the products within a short order of time, and 6 weeks after I placed the order I get an e-mail that says they shipped. It is now 2 months after I ordered, still have not received, I no longer need the products, nor is there anything else I would ever won't from the company. If they cannot ship in a timely manner, cannot refund when there is a problem.
The company has very poor customer support, when I received a call yesterday that says they got the product back and the package says it was delivered somewhere other than me, they wanted to know why I returned it. I stated I could not return something I never received, I no longer needed the product and wanted a refund. They then hung up on me.
I filed a complaint with BBB, Paypal and still cannot get my money back, even for a product I have not received.

Awful!!!!

PLEASE READ THE EMAILS BELOW. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I WAS TRYING TO USE MY INSTORE CREDIT BECAUSE THEY ORIGINALLY OVERCHARGED ME AND SENT ME THE WRONG STOCKINGS. I WAS CHARGED FOR EXPENSIVE STOCKINGS AND GIVEN CHEAP ONES. I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE. I WAS PROMISED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE SENDING JOBST ULTRASHEER OR RELIEF. MY INSTORE CREDIT WAS FOR $73.34. $50 EXTRA WAS ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT EXACTLY AM I GETTING: $60.00 WORTH OF RELIEF OR $120.00 OF ULTRASHEER??? I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN. HOW MANY TIMES CAN ONE COMPANY MESS UP A SIMPLE ORDER. THIS IS FURTHER PROOF OF LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

Terrible Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the return policy and customer service provided by this company! I ordered two pair of stockings in two different brands as I was looking for a color to more closely match my skin tone. I tried on one pair and determined it was too tight
fitting on my foot even though the size chart matched my measurements. The other pair I ordered I never tried on as I could tell they
were too light in color. I followed instructions for email authorization of returns and was told I could only return the pair I never tried on for store credit only! I felt that was ridiculous and said never mind, I would just keep them. I returned to the company's site again about a month later.... to try to re-order the brand I had liked in a different size....even though I had vowed never to order from there again! The customer service was just awful! The person in Sales told me to try a different brand and while I tried to look online so I could ask her a question about that brand, she told me she was too busy to wait for me to decide....she had other calls to take! So, I tried the customer chat service to help me decide what size to order as I seem to fall in between sizes. Emily was my Chat representative and she said for me to "refer to the size chart" and ended our chat! THIS IS THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!! with me! TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
